Emily is a beautiful girl but she's very rigid through her torso and hips. The other one, while she gives the distinct impression she thinks she's wonderful, at least moves better.

However, looking at the way they both MOVE, from a professional dancers and coaches viewpoint, Emily is indeed rigid and needs to learn to loosen her hips. If you can't see, when the video shows both ladies at the same time, that Emily doesn't move as easily as the other one, then you don't know what you're looking at.
