@@D2DNYAC We had an issue where the "butterfly" was staying open and blowing out the pilot when we initiated the main valve. I didn't really fix the issue, I just dial down the temp on start up, that butterfly closes to "idle" and then I can start it. We use Honeywell controllers and were getting code 19 and I think it was 17 both a flame out iirc. The ovens we use are old, 1989 on the plate. Prior to working where I do now, I only had basic home experience. I've been watching a few of you content creators on YT and want to thank you for your channel. It really has helped me with diagnosing issues. Edit: the controller we use is the exact one in the video.
Checks to see if the pilot ignited. Fought with one for weeks on our hot melt oven.
If the pilot doesn’t get ignited the main valve won’t open and the pilot indicator light will stay off and the controller goes into alarm
