- Every year in California there are a dozen or more new gun control bills that become law. Trying to keep up with all of them I missed a few very important ones, passed and signed, set to take effect. Today I cover a couple of those missed.

Imagine what these gun grabbers could accomplish if only they would turn their hatred away from the law abiding people and onto the criminals.

If the groups who are supposedly fighting for our rights aren’t willing to take on the big issues that would actually stop the infringements, what can the “little guy” do? Most of us don’t have the resources, either monetarily nor legal expertise to wage our own court battles. The alternatives, of course, involve extreme risk to our freedom and our safety. The fact is, the systems currently in place are stacked in the tyrants’ favor. And getting a large enough contingent of patriots together to overcome that is next to impossible in today’s society. So again, what do you suggest we do?

I’ve really had it with these people. I’ve lived in California all my life and was an FFL until they made it virtually impossible. I have a second home outside Yosemite in the middle of nowhere. I had a lot of my antique and vintage military rifles there. Tweakers broke in and stole everything but one safe they couldn’t break into. The sheriff doesn’t even patrol where I am. The deputies that did come out basically said I was on my own. The meth heads kept coming back so I went to find them. I found out who and where they were. Some got arrested for outstanding felony warrants but were always back out in 12 hours. These politicians who gave all these rights to the criminals want to infringe on my rights. I want them to come be in my situation.
Worse in FL ... My best friend had 5 handguns stolen (by the landlord most likely) and the Sheriffs that showed up would not even let him fill out a report. They said he had to prove he actually had them. Serial #'s and photos were not accepted. This was not about any ins. claim just stolen property.
The only currency we have is the vote maybe then we can get our police departments funded properly God bless have faith stay strong brother

The affidavit is not valid because signing it is conditioned on having access to a Constituional Right
So living in Southern California and having most of my firearms at my hunting cabin at our families place in Northern California, which we don’t often go these days that makes absolutely no sense how I could legally be required to go up there and everything to do anything down here
It's time for all of the normal people to leave California. If 1/3 of the people leave the state, probably 2/3 of the tax base will disappear too.
If the right third leave, they will have no tax base.

Arizona, 384 US 436, 491 Pp. 3, 5 “Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rulemaking or legislation which would abrogate them. Also Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 137 P. 5 Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land. Any law in conflict is null and void. Everything you need to fight back.💯

Hey government, I don't know what everything is... It's none of your business! We the citizens file our taxes annually and keep records for the extended period required should there be an audit... Anything prior to that is nobody's business, and is not my problem to track. California residents who purchased firearms before the '90s were able to purchase far more than one a month. In fact, they could buy 10 on one form for a background check.... For many years.
California doesn't get to set up a registry... Going back to anything😂 the refusal to comply should fill up California incarceration house to the point of bursting

I also moved from Naperville to Tampa in 2021. I couldn't stand life under Pricker any more!
Naperville is pretty bad but we lived right in the City near Wicker Park. Awful .
Tampa is too big of a city for my tastes these days. Indian River County on the Atlantic Coast is a lot less urban and mostly conservative so self-defense friendly.
The Gulf Coast is a bit too something -something. I prefer to live at least 20-30 miles from any high-rise office buildings and at least 10-15 miles from an interstate highway. The further away and the more rural the better.

about 45 years ago I sold a hand gun to a co worker we went to the locaL police dept and tried to transfer it into his Name as the new owner but they told me it will still have my name on it. Now what am i supposed to do when I DOnT EVEN REMEMBER HIS NAME/ and what if someone bought a gun from a friend 45 years ago when it was legal to do so back then. Is that gun now illegal? they should make a law for people like that and if they want the guns to be turned in, then they should make a law that its ok to just turn them in without any legal issues. Please give us a response on these questions. Thanks. if you dont respond i will unfollow your channel. Most people would just turn them in if they new for a fact that they wouldn't be prosecuted.
