Hi, I’m a paraguayan living abroad for nearly 20 years now, although I go back almost every year. I'm from Asuncion - so, i know Asunción pretty well. This info is extremely accurate! Im impressed how well someone that isn't local knows the city so well. I must say though for anyone interested in buying property in Asuncion, there are some amazing opportunities to renovate beautiful old spanish colonial buildings in the Centro Historico which can be bought cheap due to the migration of the commercial hub to villa morra, etc. You can find some really cool high ceiling spanish, italian, French style buildings in the centro historico. As per the video and the content - Great info and well done 👏 ✔️
Very very helpful.... I would REALLY be interested in your opinion on San Lorenzo AND which areas YOU think will be modernized and "gentrified" in the next decade. Obviously the center Racoleta/Villamora are ALREADY developed, expensive ... what's next??
Quel est l'etranger le plus commun ici? Les Brasilians? Les Francais? Á part l'espanol, quelles autres langues sont entendu? Thank you for your very useful information and hard work!
Great video! How could I find a rental in Limpio or another cheap countryside area? I'd want Paraguay residency with an as inexpensive as possible long term rental as I would spend most of my time traveling and outside Paraguay.
I tried to contact you on the email address in your profile here but the email bounced. Your website does not have the option to contact you, only to buy video courses, which I'm not interested in.
By car! The rush hour traffic can be really bad. Even using Uber would cost you more during these hours, as opposed to using Uber or Bolt in the middle of the day, at night, or during the weekend,
Lovely video. Thank You.

Thank You. The historic buildings are the ones I would prefer. Not interested in modern.
But, he is local... he mentions the neighborhood he lives in
Do you know any places where I could research renovation costs in Asuncion? Thank you in advance.
This was an incredibly valuable topic!
Good video, thanks!
Very good information with good knowledge of the city of Asuncion. Merci!

Thanks for the really useful video. Are mosquitos a problem in some areas, like near the river or lakes?
Yes

How much does it cost for your residency service?
But not all the man are like this in Paraguay 😱. It depends on what education they have 😉.
WHen you talk about the time do you mean walking or by car?
