If the government is so interested in attracting foreign investment, then why have they made banking so awful in the country? With the current banking regulations, its extremely cumbersome to bring in large amounts of currency to make investments in the country.

Does the PR by investment of $70k also have VERY STRICT requirement for a FBI criminal check, so even if there is 20 yrs ago CA state misdemeanor of false accusation imperfect will stop this PR by investment route? Or do I have to look into and try to expunge the small case to clean up the record because it's a White racists woman file false accusation just like under President Trump called COVID-19 is a Chinese virus then many racists push Chinese down on the street then let bus/subway train run over to kill them just because USA has a system racists and the hate of minority outsiders was always exists & even now reach its peak after Trump name calling. I did not know the White mainstream/media all hate Chinese-Americans so much even I'm a US citizen but in the US they don't welcome & treat u as an American even U R one of the US citizen! I was wonder if the Paraguay govt loosen up the small decades old misdemeanor old record (lenient) then I just go with get the PR by investment route (maybe buy a house in there cost $80k) instead of the regular route. Thanks for your video! I heard that there was a law change several days ago. The change in the law abolished the requirement to enter the country every 12 months. This means that after receiving the Temporaria & Cedula, you would only need to enter the country again to apply for the Permanente. Am I correctly informed?

(May be some bureaucratic unnecessary stones to be removed - as ex.: 'proof of residency' among others - which might be exchanged like made and kept in Brazil, where an old good law of then called "Ministry of Debureaucratization" made 'proof of residency' a simple act of a 'declaration of residency' written and signed by the own resident...! life for foreigners easier+this is very far from truth. for ex try to bring few thousand of eur to Paraguay-it takes tons of papers to prove the origin of funds. and we are talking penny money-few thousand.... most of Latin American countries are very complicated towards foreigners. Paraguay is good country to visit, but on tourist visa. try to do the paperwork-and you will go crazy.
It's for Westerners and strong passport holders who can go there visa free and apply for residency. Anyone who claims to do this while you're in another country is a scammer.
