Jumps, but since it's a move that consists of multiple stages - for me it's still kite control, steering with back had so it would not fly past 12, oh boy! I know i know, can do a loop, but for a longer flights steering is needed, even land on board just with incorrect kite position. As for tricks - Duotone channel has a dedicated list of those. About just enjoyment, I don't know but every time you see progress - that's a joy. It's the journey, but considering how challenging strapless is, sometimes you gotta motivate yourself just by pushing forward after 100th failed attempt.
