An early insight into the M&M show especially the harmonizing. Also Asami's bluesy vocals were a highlight as were the backing vocals and gang vocals by the band. We also got a taste for the Miyako piano skills that would show up in later songs and her own LP of metal songs rearranged into classical pieces (try Helloween's Eagle Fly Free done on piano by Miyako ua-cam.com/video/-h3BLRs0Xr4/v-deo.html ). The entire LP is a masterpiece by her you might really enjoy. BTW this was early Lovebites they have gotten much better LIVE as you have experienced.was
Five beautiful ladies playing beautiful metal. This performance is from another world. Great stuff! 🎹🎸🎤🎶🤘 For other bands I suggest Mardelas - songs Patriot Anthem, Last Round Survivor Aldious - song We Are Mary's Blood - song Marionette Other bands to check out - Paradoxx, Hades, Trident, Asterism, Destrose, East Of Eden, Hagane, BRIDEAR, Fate Gear.

When you said something like this (Rachmaninoff, GREAT COMPOSER) most of the people don't even know about whom are you talking about. They don't have any knowledge of him, who he was, how great composer he is.
An excellent song and excellent background vocals. As far as I know, the original guitar work in Michael Jackson’s “Beat it” was played by Eddie Van Halen. Other excellent Asian rock bands are “Whiskey dust”, “Rolling Quartz”, “Asterism”, “Mardelas”, “Bridear”, “East of Eden”, “Fate gear”, “Unlucky Morpheus”, “DIH”, “Galneryus”, “D_Drive”, “Versailles”, “Show-Ya”, etc.
Yes, the Beat It guitar work was played by Eddie Van Halen who didn't get any royalties for. A good list of Japanese bands. I add Aldious, Destrose, Hagane, Lonesome Blue, Mary's Blood and Trident
This is my favorite track of Lovebites, they have done it again live on March 12 2023 on the Knocking at Heaven's Gate 2 DVD but this version holds a special place in my heart. As for the riff, it is inspired by the riff in Beat it by Michael Jackson which was inspired by another song which I can't remember. Since you have also released Bravehearted today, how about you check out the original version with Japanese lyrics, that is the only songs that is not in English and coincidence is that it was released on their 1st EP and it will be 7 years to the day tomorrow on the 24th. There are 2 versions of only audio, 1 on the official site and a fan made one with a picture diorama, I will link the latter ua-cam.com/video/g-DKDYuTR9s/v-deo.html
That main riff sounds familiar is because its derived from Michael Jackson's "Beat it". Jennifer Batten was MJ's main session guitarist when MJ embarked on his world tour in the '90s and Batten is one of Miyako's (lead guitarist at stage left) guitar influences. So when she composed this track, she included that riff to pay homage to Batten. BTW, you've only done 20 of their current catalogue of about 60 original songs. Since you've done 2 of their 3 "E" songs, you might as well check out the third one - "Edge of the World" LIVE : ua-cam.com/video/UZjxMjBop7w/v-deo.html
Jennifer used to work in one of our local guitar shops, she worked at the counter and gave lessons, I bought plenty of equipment from her, I should have took lessons 😉

You are nowhere near the end of the line with the White Wolves. Try this one for starters. 'Journey To The Other Side'. Written by Miho about the death of her father. Another one you haven't done yet is 'A Frozen Serenade'. A true masterpiece. A great Korean band of women is "Rolling Quartz". I suggest the official live version of 'Rock And Roll Paradise'.
I second that recommendation but I would choose the live version instead, the MV is an abridged version of the song a and only is around 60% of the original length. The 2014 live performance with the strings behind the band is still 1 of my favorite song to listen to
Great reaction. You know by now from comments that riff came from Michael Jackson's Beat it song. Eddie Van Halen didn't mean nothing to me (I heard of him, but at his time I didn't listen music). I couldn't imagine he as guitar player is better better then Miyako and/or Midory.
I Love M&M, but before you make that statement, you should listen at least to Van Halen one, Ed is the man, a lot of those tapping riffs and leads, they use, he either invented or brought to the masses, Miyako is and has used a 5150 and a 6505 peavey amp, that is Eddie Van Halen.

Please check, The Crusade, Live, Tokyo, great reaction, thank you, they're the best no doubt, 👍👍
What a singing of GODDESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🥰😍🤩
Wonderful song, the vocal games are beautiful. Full of feeling and elegance. As always, these ladies give it their all, and they deserve it all.
LOVEBITES - Empty Daydream lyrics:
Memories I can’t erase still haunting me
Silently you stare with cold, empty eyes
Falling down
Breaking heart
A growing addiction
Just let me go away
Just let me go my way
Just let me go, I won’t become a doll you control
I’m losing sight of me
I’m losing sight of you
I’m losing sanity and I don’t know how I will go on
Nothing new, pretending not to know the truth
Rendezvous, without emotion or heart
I won’t show how weak and sad I am inside
Even though I know it’s just silly pride
Empty room
Endless rain
The end of a daydream
You never call my name
You never feel the same
You never make me feel like I deserve any love
I’m waiting for the dawn
I’m waiting for the time
I’m waiting for my bleeding heart to heal,
so I can go on
SOLO: miyako / midori / miyako / both
Memories I can’t erase still haunting me
Silently you stare with cold, empty eyes
Falling down
Breaking heart
A growing addiction
Empty room
Endless rain
The end of a daydream
Just let me go away
Just let me go my way
Just let me go, I won’t become a doll you control
I’m losing sight of me
I’m losing sight of you
I’m losing sanity and I don’t know how I will…
You never call my name
You never feel the same
You never make me feel like I deserve any love
I’m waiting for the dawn
I’m waiting for the time
I’m waiting for my bleeding heart to heal,
so I can go on
