I like silicone free products,last year tried to figure out and test them and found that silicone make scalp very itchy and in conditoners too no silicone or silicone free conditioner worked and caused more hairfall as it was hard to rinse out. Lastly silicone serums increase my drying time and hairfall making it more frizzy. So few drops of oil work nicely🙂. Loved the video🥰
I get hair fall during winters too🙋. It's bcoz there is more friction against woollens and dryness in the atmosphere that makes the hair strands more prone to breakage. Also silicones are not bad, ppl really need to stop. I can understand that for ppl like me who don't experience lot of frizziness, it can be helpful. But for ppl with unmanageable hair issues, go ahead and feel free to use silicones as they are excellent in smoothening texture and preventing tewl.

Western studies say oils don't help with anything. But when I look at my nani's hair which is thick and long even at the age of 66, I really get dubious about these studies. All she does is apply coconut oil. Blood circulation is a big help to combat hairfall and help with hair growth.

ive tried the arata hydrating one(caused me hairfall ), the wishcare biotin argan one ( made my crown hair dry though it helps w hair growth ). I really think that the wishcare one is good but i just tend to use a lot of it because it doesnt foam . I got the plum hydrating shampoo mini w an order .It is seriously the best .3 washes in and.it always leaves my hair soft .and also if you have any hair masks you can use like a half tablespoon kinda quantity after shampooing and then rinse it off .I recently bought the biotique argan one It's actually good given the shadiness of the brand in not showing their ingredients. you can also use hair creams . If your hair is frizzy thats because its lacking moisture ,so give them that moisture so give them that moisture .I use the arata hair cream. got the gel and the cream at 560 ig .not that expensive .it really does go a long way .But tbh if you use mask after shampooing u wont need anything anddddd yessss when u dont do the mask ,you can use the reequil conditioner pink one , makes the hair really soft equal to the mask effect also , everyone's hair is different .this works very well for me .may it work well for you too if you do buy something

Pls don't believe such facts. Oil is great for hair. There are very few ppl who don't get any benefits from oil but for majority oil is a must
