i'm all the way from Nepal. Nepal is a very small but naturally very beautiful country as we know. i'm here to represent my country and let you know about the progression of calisthenics Nepal through calisthenics video. i have shared my 3 years full planche journey here in this video hope you enjoy and get a lot of motivation. i put lot of dedication and hard work to achieve my goal.

Hey bro I am stuck at two sec straddle planche and I love calisthenics can you plz provide me a workout plan otherwise I have to bye bye the planche cuz I am stuck for a long time
I’m sorry actually I don’t have any well managed workout plan but i do follow’
1. Planche lean
2. Band assisted full planche hold
3. Planche lean push ups
4. Tuck to full planche
5. Dynamic planche lean
(Sunday,Monday (Tuesday rest) Wednesday,Thursday (Friday,Saturday rest)
Planche hack : resistance band will double your planche progression.

First u should train planche lean , if you master it you will master planche. Forget about tuck planche,ad tuck planche blah blah focus on planche lean this will 100% gives u results💪
