Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 I know you were on cloud nine on Oct.21 in Dallas 😄 . I witnessed this song performed flawlessly in Tokyo as 12th song in the setlist and Band-Maid played it perfectly in 12 out of 13 US concerts as 8th to 11th song (8th in Dallas). Most of the audience at those venues had, of course, already known their skills and talents. When I heard that they played this instrumental piece as opening at Aftershock (huge festival in California) on Oct. 9 and at Saitama Super Arena on Nov.6 (as support to Guns N' Roses), I felt very proud of them. Yeah! they showed off their skills and talents to the audience who did not know nothing about the girls in maid outfit on the stage. I felt as if I heard them screaming "Hey guys! Listen to us and open your eyes wide! We are not the persons that you think ! Salute us!"
The guitar and Bass shreds are phenomenal, but Akane keeps the beat and holds them all up, punctuating their riffs with her mighty strokes on the drums. What a synthetize of talent!
I've said it before, but I think these instrumentals need at least one shot of Saiki laying on a couch being fed grapes or something.

It’s so very hilarious on how you react to Band-Maid! You express exactly how I feel about this band! They are my all time favorite! The excitement I get when I hear them, especially at the gym, my body language feels like a state of I don’t give a shit mode! I want people to ask me why am I’m so happy! Band Maid is the reason! This song definitely cements them as one of the best bands ever. Once and for all it is an undeniable fact. They have it all from writing and composing to just indescribable talent in all positions. Can't really do them justice with just words. Happy birthday Akane.

That these women formed a Band in i dunno 2013 was the BEST Thing that happened to Hard Rock during the Past 24 years.
To me they are Like the Japanese Female Beatles if that makes any Sense. and their Fanbase will grow even bigger in 2023.

The look of accomplishment right there. she went from holding a guitar as a prop to this! I couldn't even imagine her sence of pride with the band to have such a off-the-wall idea of a maid band and reach international success. The hardest working musicians in the music industry hands down.
I was at Washington DC show and they played this song and I agree that it was flawless. They also played Onset so I got to hear my favorite instrumental as well! Great reaction!

It's pretty crazy how she took an idea while working in a maid Caffè in Japan and turned it into what it is now. Definitely should be a documentary on her in the future I think.
It's been fun watching her progress as a guitarist. She's come very far and is a rock-solid rhythm guitarist (which is a LOT harder than non-players usually realize). She's put in the work, and it's paid off.
Her contribution to this song is sooo thick sooo crunchy soooo good.

Great reaction as always. BTW, December 14th is Akane's birthday (and Japan is 15 hours ahead of CST, so it is about 10:30 am on the 14th already).
To see them again, soon - Get your passport updated and plan a trip to Europe, their other main fan base. They have said that they are planning a 10 Year Anniversary celebration in 2023. They didn't say where.

Every video they do. One of these incredibly talented beautiful ladies, does something to make me like her a tiny bit more than the other 4..lol. So, I honestly can't say which one I like that most. That is very rare for me. Kanami in this one definitely went Mincho mode.

Great job as usual sir. As has been said this is just one non stop Kanami solo and she uses just about every technique there is available on the guitar and it IS flawless. The four just work so well together. An international treasure imho.
They just posted on their UA-cam Community (probably Facebook and others too). They're playing a festival in Daytona Beach on May 18th - same day as Slipknot, Rob Zombie, Bullet for my Valentine, Trivium and others.
