Signos only uses Dexcom G6. No monthly or years fees disclosed. I signed up for a 6-month subscription twice now. 1-month costs $399 per month, 3-months cost $199, and 6-months $159 as low as per month.

I have been using Levels for one year now and really love the service. I prefer Libre to Dexcom because of the much lower profile on the arm and, as you said, I enjoy the ritual of manual scanning (at least once every 8 hours) as a reminder to log my food and be more intentional with my CGM usage. Have you heard of any companies or apps working towards integrating blood test data from at home devices for Hb A1c or ketone data? Seems like that could be next . Nice vid. Found this after watching your Huberman vid. You got my sub.

Dexcom can be manually calibrated as well to ensure higher accuracy compared with a finger prick. It can be found in settings one week recalibrations can be recommended

I've heard once you have your Levels membership, you can get future sensors from Costco and save money. Have you heard anything about this?

I have very little muscle and could get the libre to work reliably. It was painful and hard to ever get it into pure muscle rather than a tendon or bone or some other grisly part of my gangly limbs

I tell people I'm part cyborg. I am a type 2 diabetic. I have used both CGMs. The simplicity of the libre for me was better over the Dexcom. They are better then a finger stick but occasionally do hurt depending on where you fire it off. The Libre 3 is probably a better comparison between them. I will be looking at switching to that. Like your channel as tracking all my health metrics really help.
