Those Raleigh bike 'hoops' were called "sissy bars" back in the day.
In the US, Schwinn made 'stingray' bikes with ape hanger handlebars, banana seats and sissy bars starting in 1963.

Its one thing to have 'Caught' a motor bike, with a strong magnet but you need the muscle to pull it out. Is it Water Cooled?
So all the stuff you don’t keep for your personal collection do you take it to get scrap for cash
After watching all of the trash being loaded into the scrapper’s trailer, how do you all split the funds that are paid since everything was all combined?
Plèase use the correct names for the type of two wheeled vconveyance referred too
If it has pedals and you can cycle like a bicycle then it's a moped.
If it has an engine below and behind the rider, and no large petrol tank between the knees, plus a knee fairing, then this is a scooter !
If it has an enginge below and level with or in front of the rider, then THIS IS A MOTOR BIKE !!
All that rope and it takes four people to carry the scooter.????
