Minelab Manticore Versus Nokta Legend | Honest Opinion From A Pro

I was asking a pro metal detectorist from New York with a UA-cam channel name of Metal Detecting NYC on his livestream and I want his opinion on Minelab's Manticore versus the Nokta Legend and here is his honest and informative answer.

I'd be very interested to see both in some tests .. I have seen a decent test bed test on multiple depth targets on a Polish UA-cam channel. As far as I could tell the Legend hit all the same targets... I get the impression the Manti might hit a few that the legend might miss (if set up correctly) I've also seen evidence that due to ground suppression the legend does better on mineralised beaches etc. The trouble with a few comparisons I've seen is that when someone has paid £1800 for the Manti they certainly want to make it look worthwhile... So you can tell they are setting up and using it in a biased way. I've been tempted to buy the Manti...but ... I have a suspicion that Nokta will release a model above the Legend in. 2024... I reckon it will retail £1000-1200... I think it could potentially be a giant killer... So I may wait 😂
