The only thing I regret coming from IPS display is the colour tone. It's warm so my reaction is neutral. Otherwise I m quite happy with nothing phone 2a

I was at the launch event for the Nothing Phone (2a) and I compared 4-5 nothing (2a)s side by side and the display inconsistency is actually serious. That display tuning in slightly cooler shade is not a special touch for the special edition, it's actually bad display calibration on different devices.
I own a Nothing (2a) and so does one of my friends, and when we met, I asked him to compare and his white one is slightly warmer than my black variant.
It's funny lol. Pin this for more people to see.

Btw what do you think provides better colour Alive or Standard mode?
@@Priyanshu_bora I choose the alive mode for better colours and toned the display slightly cooler and it looks great!
@@ArpitNahiMila do you use dark mode or light one? I'm actually concerned about the black colour more so based on that does the alive mode shows better black on UI?
I also have a 2a and the display seemed a bit warmer but i guess it's because of the theme now I have changed the theme from red to blue and white now the display seems less warmer. Try it once

the screen change seems weird. we are hearing about a pro 2a, maybe they leaked the display update here or it's a just display from another vendor

I do think the newer display is a little calibrated towards the cooler side giving it the bluish vibe that matches with the phones asthetics
But it blueish display is not good to look at. Little warm one is soothing to eye.

I have bought that blue one previous week. But the item delivered here was faulty. Now it's in the service centre. Customer care and service centre is good for nothing. That's why they named this phone "nothing"

I'd prefer it to be something different. Blue color isn't rare in phones. It should by like deep purple with black contrast. Plum kinda.
