Easy Dairy Free Strawberry Mousse

Here is a recipe for some super easy and dairy free strawberry mousse, no cooking required! I used this strawberry mousse to fill some chocolate eggs for Easter, creating some strawberry cream eggs.
I popped some in the freezer as well and they were like chocolate covered strawberry ice cream!
