Kidney, Celia, Jackson Pond Hike & Fish - Baxter State Park, Maine |

A 3 mile hike and fish from Kidney Pond to Celia and Jackson Ponds in Baxter State Park in Maine.
The hike started early around 5am in splendid 60 degrees F weather. The views were gorgeous and I found a few Brooke Trout willing to eat dry flies.
Anglers can rent the canoes from the Ranger at Kidney Pond and that's the best way to catch fish - from the canoe, not the bank. Ponds were fly fishing only.
