I watch jow you prepare your chicken, we in Jamaica use salt, baking soda, lemon juice or vinegar to wash the chicken. I know everybody from different cultures do things differently. We scrape the yellow skin off the chicken., and cut the fat off, and use it fry or make chicken oil.
