Thanks Raquel. I wish I saw this before I tried to cook a whole chicken for Christmas dinner. I used a brine but I didn't put any seasoning on it before I baked it. Just a barbecue sauce. I don't think the sauce was enough to make it as flavourful as I would like.
Actually on broiled.. the highest temperature in order to get that beautiful Roasted Color (keep an eye on it and rotate if you have to Thank you Denise and same to you ❤️
You need to also show the chicken was washed because that's how we do. Beautifully seasoned.
