Used armor for the first time recently on my coated car. I used it straight/undiluted. I have to say the gloss and slickness was much better than offerings from Carpro/Gyeon. My vehicle was glowing! And I didn't notice any streaking issues as I've occasionally noticed with the others and I had cut those 1:1. Will definitely be my go to SI02 maintenance spray for the coated vehicles I care for. Thanks Scott I appreciate all that you do.

Scott you did a fantastic job on this video! I thoroughly enjoyed talking to you over the phone the other day when I called you from Tuscaloosa,Al! The extra value of your DPC products being able to cut them is a huge benefit to anyone and everyone that buys them! I am pumped about getting some of your microfiber towels especially your Sucker and Sucker Jr. drying towels and a bottle of each of your DPC products! Thank you so much Scott for taking the time to answer my call and give me a chance to speak with you! What ounce size or these bottles that you have diluted the DPC products in!

Scott, you've helped us all over and over again with your automotive detailing expertise and wisdom on this forum called UA-cam. Now you are developing, producing and marketing your own line of great automotive detailing products. More power to you! I bought a selection of your new line of microfiber towels when you first introduced them a few months ago and they are some of the best quality microfiber towels I have ever used and I will order more in the future. Just now, I bought your combo special with the DPC Armor SIO2 spray and some more of you microfiber towels; along with your recommended Italian made power washer gun and tips combo that you did a video on recently. Don't let the negative nanny trolls on UA-cam sway you or stop you from achieving your dreams and success. Thanks for developing these great automotive detail products that we can all choose to purchase and enjoy and for constantly sharing your knowledge and wisdom with all of us too. Much appreciated Sir!

This is not really related to the main subject of this vid, but it does relate to using Scott's "Reflect". Today I applied a coat of Mother's california gold carnuba on my often waxed truck. Buffing it off might be a tiny bit more work than most other waxes I use, but not enough to really say it's a deal stopper. At $8 for the bottle, it's a good less expensive than the other alternatives I've been using.
I tried "adding a layer" of Meguier's Ultimate Fast Finish ( aerosol can ) over the top of it. Not very slick. So right next to it, I applied a top coat of Scott's "Reflect". Very slick. So whatever is in the Meguier's fast finish, it does not seem to play well with the Mother's. So I'll give Reflect another thumbs up. I have not found anything I like as well as Reflect for a "top coat" or a "between wax jobs" quick spray. I'm still using the Reflect straight out of the bottle, not dilute, and Reflect has worked well on every wax I have tried it on.

Bryan Iraheta the bottle on the right the is blue is distilled water that he already mixed in his "Revive" rinse less wash into. He removed 4 ounces of the distilled water from the original gallon and put 4 ounces of Revive in it. Like he said in the video, that mix is a great quick detailer, interior detailer , even a great glass cleaner

      @doinky3 6 років тому

I haven’t tried them yet, I’m scared of switching over to Si02 sprays as you said once you go that route you should stick with it and I have 1.5 bottles of Fast Finish left over which I’m really happy with especially since I have to apply it outdoors. I’m concerned about using a rinseless wash on my brand new car due to the micro abrasives in these products and have been using purple power every time prior to Fast Finish and Chemical Guys Honeydew snow foam for in between maintenance washes; I still have half a gallon of each still. I was going to order some of your microfiber towels as I’m not happy with any microfiber towels I’ve purchased in the past and was just going to wait until your foam soap to replace purple power comes out.
      I’ve been using
Purple power when I want to remove the residual fast finish and/or meguiars ultimate paste wax
Chemical guys honeydew snow foam every second wash just as a maintenance wash
Superclean for engine bays and tires
      Meguiars wheel brightened for wheels
Fast finish as my spray wax
      Mother’s clay bar kit
Meguiars ultimate wheel cleaner as an Iron x replacement (worked amazing on my new car - i couldn’t believe the train brake dust from transport)
Meguiars ultimate paste wax occasionally as I already had some before finding fast finish
303 protectant as a tire dressing, engine bay dressing, interior protectant, wiper blades, and other
I will try your stuff eventually but I don’t want to waste product that I already have. 1 bottle of fast finish goes a long way.
I really appreciate everything you do

And then you could even briefly mention your products and a link to your infomercials, but focus mainly on how-to-videos. But I and others like myself was attracted to your channel because you were about how-to, not just please please buy it for me. You even condemned channels such as chemical guys or Auto geeks in some of your past videos for doing what you're doing now, pushing products in the guise of a how-to-video... Which by the way,in your video announcing that you're going to release your new product line you said that you would not become an infomercial channel. Guess that was all hogwash...

      @@edheinz320 thanks for your suggestions.
      I appreciate your viewpoint.
Very few share your viewpoint based on 100s of orders and countless emails and phone calls.
I'm doing the best I can to please everyone..
Again if you aren't interested in my content or how I run my channel and you no longer value my opinion regardless of who's products I talk about, don't watch.
      Have you tried my products?
      I'm guessing not..
Did you purchase any products I spoke of in the past?
If you have, do you think I would create a line that doesn't meet my expectations?
Thanks for your comment and thanks for your support in the past.
Not sure what else to say..
Perhaps you should create a UA-cam channel and share your perspective, I will support you.
      Much love

Scott, I didn't say I didn't value your opinion on what products to use, in fact on the contrary, I really enjoyed your evaluation of the products that you used in your how-to-videos. I'm just suggesting that you do more how-to-videos including using your products with a link to an infomercial explaining why your products are better, like you did with other products that you highlighted in your how-to-videos like you did in your pre-infomercial era videos. and a link of where to get them. Instead of just doing videos with your products laying on a microfiber and not demonstrated them... Of course this is just my opinion. And opinions don't mean anything, do they?
