Thanks for answering all my questions! Loved your second answer for most points answer the best in that Granlund could lead in points and then get traded so he won’t end the season on the sharks and Eklund would end with the most (kind of like last year with Hertl/Granlund)
Hey Professor! I’ve been following your channel since 2020, and it’s inspiring to see you still at it!! Your videos give me the warmth and familiarity of ‘The Hockey Guy’ vids, AND also provide the specifics and opinions I look for in a SJ Sharks dedicated channel. As the team grows in strength, your channel will grow too, because your consistency in posting content is spot on!! I hope that you get the chance to come to San Jose and see a game there. If so, let us fans know so we can do a meetup!! Keep up the great work hockey fam!!
That format was great - let's definitely do it again.Your answers were nuanced and thought-provoking. I was particularly impressed by your defense of Doug Wilson's record - he did extremely well for a long period, falling victim to (i) overpaying a few stars late in his career, creating a cap space problem and (ii) delaying the teardown/rebuild. But every GM makes mistakes, and you are right to point out that most would kill to have a record as consistently strong as DW's.
Thanks for featuring my question! Really enjoyed this series, you should definitely think about making this an annual thing. I’m honestly just ready for this season to get started. So many exciting unknowns this year as opposed to last season when it was clear we were gonna get destroyed.
Bro it was a trip to hear professor answer my question on the last vid, then I heard him say your username and I was like oh shit I know him. I fucking love the sharks community
@@professorhockey Mid season could be fun too. Maybe some trade deadline talk, breakouts and underperformers stuff like that. I think as the Sharks improve as a team you’ll probably have more to talk about mid season as well.
@@ponyboy9765 ya bro him and THG are super real and very entertaining. Fuckin wildly excited about this upcoming season. I'm really hoping Askarov and Musty get solid playing time, they're my faves lol
Legend Status!!! 1st commentz...Way to be on Labor Day:) Celebrini shouldn't be the main center of his line to take the pressure off his ars......Again hoping Granlund and Toffoli on his line....
Hey Professor, Interesting video. I really liked the Q & A format. Its fun and I think you did a nice job with it. You are well suited to this type of show and each and every show you do you are getting better at it as your experience grows. I am just wondering if you will remember me when you are a big star and a millionaire celebrity of the hockey/internet/influencer world? hahaha Thanks for doing the show man and wishing you the best up in the Great White North (Coo roo coo coo, coo roo coo coo...hehe). Thanks for answering my questions. I agree with most of your answers and your insight about the sharks is always interesting. I particularly loved your take about Wilson as he can be a bit of a polarizing gm in the sharks fandom. I know none of my questions had a cut and dry answers but I thought they might proke some interesting thoughts. I certainly enjoyed hearing yours.
Hey Professor! First of all, thanks for your thoughtful answer to my question. I appreciate it! Also, congrats on pronouncing my last name correctly as "Bl-OMM" not "Bloom" as 95% of people get wrong. I am impressed haha.
I’m really really hoping that a line of Eklund - Smith - Zetterlund materializes, I feel like Smith’s play making ability will feed into the other two’s game really. I also think Tafoli - Celebrini - Bordeleau could be interesting but I think that they will split the youngsters up.
Best sharks coverage on youtube. Great job

Really enjoyed the q & a videos! I think a biannual q & a would be fun.

I was thinking either annual during the offseason or biannual with another mid season. Not sure if that would be too much though

I believe a mid-season Q&A would be most illuminating. Thanks for these, Prof!
These 3 videos were very fun and informative to watch, keep up the great job as always Professor!

Great little video series, Professor!
Maybe doing videos like this once during the Dog-Days of the Off-Season (July-Aug).
Great show professor
I love this guy so much. I'm a devils fan, just here for the smart commentary.

Askorov better be 40% GP if he's killing it 80% GP.... He moves like Hachic the dominator.
You mean Hasek?
will smith was a great pick. the smartest decision by grier

I think the sharks should resign grandlund to a 2 year deal
granny was the goat last year
