My Lord. How wicked can people be. An African agent in DC saw a house of an elderly lady from her neighbourhood on sale for lack of taxes. She bought the house, allowed her to live there until her death. When her family came to fight yor the house they got a shock. Wicked man. Hell get his .
The family must not have bothered with her, they should have paid her taxes, why would he be wicked as houses are going up for sale all the time, it seems he was good to let her lived there till she died
Per the video, this is happening all over the country. Seniors need to have an attorney on standby to review any documents especially when their house is paid off. Seniors keep.a small loan on your home. This will avoid fraud
It seems that these two men work together taking advantage of the elderly. They both got their money and did not pay the bank. She ends up homeless. This is criminal.

He will get everything that is owed to him in the best way
💔💔💔💔💔OMGGGGGG cmon help this poor lady!
Something you worked for all your life just to have someone come in and steal it. Surely this is a crime.
She signed
needs a lawyer to take it to court. she wasn't in her right state of mind.
The realtors should be charged with crimes...Horrible crimes
These kind of crime happens so often in Texas. It seems like the state has zero laws to protect homeowners when they are in this fraudulent situation. Laws to protect elderly from fraud basically that's not exist in Texas. It is such a sad situation for this lady.
How was the document enforceable if she was sick? Definitely illegal
That Sound like a SCAM GIVE THAT Lady Her House BACK GOD GOING TO Deal With You
Need to show images of the scammer so the public can beware also who referred him
Church friend, handyman/investor & 2nd investor should all be held accountable and serve some jail time, for preying on a senior. I hope this is resolved and she gets her home back. She doesn’t deserve this!
This is shameful…there should be protection laws for the elderly/ retirees…
This is happening all across the Country.
😮😢THIS IS ASHAME AND SOMETHING NEED TO BE DONE ABOUT IT. GIVE THIS LADY HER HOUSE 🏠🏡 BACK 🔙.
This is obviously a scam and a lawsuit will fix this. A judge will see a house $250k isn’t worth a A/C unit.
This is a huge scam and mafia that always target people elderly
And we say America is a great Country.
Seriously!
,,, it's headquarters for evil
Per the video, this is happening all over the country. Seniors need to have an attorney on standby to review any documents especially when their house is paid off.
Seniors keep.a small loan on your home. This will avoid fraud
The judge needs to be looked at as well
Did she really sign anything or was it forged or simply deception?
It seems that these two men work together taking advantage of the elderly. They both got their money and did not pay the bank. She ends up homeless. This is criminal.
Someone needs to help and get her house back this horrible
WTF .Why is it that the United States of America supposed to be so great? but we the only place where seniors are thrown away and not taking care of. give her house back.
When these fraudsters come around, make a police report, call county and report elder abuse by these real estate scam companies asap! They are ready to take something for nothing!
the city of Houston and the county government needs to change these loophole laws.
whoever did this will not have any good luck in life karma is waiting on you...asap
He must work this Administration. Damn
That's so sad. The home was probably paid of. Senior citizens can easily be taken advantage of and it was someone at her church that recommended that person?
Noble mortgage loan should pay Wanda what she is owed to make this right
I cant stand a scammer. Theres a horrible place in the fourth sector of hell for people like this 😢
This is evil and deserves jail time and persecution for theft, fraud and elder abuse
The contract should be null and void, due to her signing under duress, undue influence, misrepresentation, unconscionability.
