Seems to me senior homeowners should get a reverse mortgage and put the funds in an account with auto draft to continuallymake payments. That way they never have full ownership of their home which apparently makes it easy for scammers. Crazy that squatters can live in a stolen home for years but legal residents have no recourse for scammers.
These kind of crime happens so often in Texas. It seems like the state has zero laws to protect homeowners when they are in this fraudulent situation. Laws to protect elderly from fraud basically that's not exist in Texas. It is such a sad situation for this lady.
Aw she shouldn't have signed anything nor trusted a repair company she didn't even call. She signed her other house over to them too and when Pryor claimed she couldn't pay back the repair bills, he put a lien on her homes smh. Sad that he targeted an elderly and helpless person!

Give this woman her house back
😢😢 this is sad I hope and pray she get justice!!
I like to know how does this person live with there 🤔 self . Do they have a mother 👨🍼 .
That’s heartbreaking.
These kind of crime happens so often in Texas. It seems like the state has zero laws to protect homeowners when they are in this fraudulent situation. Laws to protect elderly from fraud basically that's not exist in Texas. It is such a sad situation for this lady.
This is evil and deserves jail time and persecution for theft, fraud and elder abuse
They all should go to jail!
This is sickening. How can one have the heart to do this....
I am so sorry about what happened to Miss Wanda. It breaks my heart for her.
I cant stand a scammer. Theres a horrible place in the fourth sector of hell for people like this 😢
And we say America is a great Country.
Seriously!
,,, it's headquarters for evil
Aw she shouldn't have signed anything nor trusted a repair company she didn't even call. She signed her other house over to them too and when Pryor claimed she couldn't pay back the repair bills, he put a lien on her homes smh. Sad that he targeted an elderly and helpless person!
She had covid. She was not healthy enough to understand what was happening.
Did you hear her say she was sick and recovering from covid?
Per the video, this is happening all over the country. Seniors need to have an attorney on standby to review any documents especially when their house is paid off.
Seniors keep.a small loan on your home. This will avoid fraud
💔💔💔💔💔OMGGGGGG cmon help this poor lady!
