That "Family is everything" tells everything about this man. Extremely intelligent, wicked, courageous and vile beast to the rest of the world, yet soft and tender with his FAMILY.
its not that deep or dramatic tbh, hes just a charismatic intellectual sociopath who uses people and kills people without remorse, who can have charisma and bravado when the situation demands it. he isnt the first type of antagonist who has these types of traits when it comes to the characters writing

Hes just a man who puts family and business before anyone elses life and he would kill the most innocent people to keep his interests in check
One of the underrated characters of all time. He's ruthless like the rest of them, but much smarter. Probably the only nephews that got hector's cunningness. The interesting part is he's willing to fight and take risks like a common soldier even though he could afford to be comfortable like the other Dons. Another one is he doesn't try to undermine Hector in anyway after the stroke, still treat him with great respect

No amount of knowledge as to the creatures behaviors, it's... story... gives relief, for in that moment their is only the fear that one more soul drifting alone, will be one more number in a line of destruction behind the monster...One more part of the terrifying shroud... ... One, more, Horror.
