    I have used practically all natural remedies, but what worked for my hairfall control was these. 1 glass warm water to drink as first item when you wake up. Using wooden neem comb. Using microfiber towel on shampoo day. Some light exercises. Using Litttleextra cooconion anti-hair fall set once or 2 times a week.

    Very true, most of us are eating and feeding our children only carbs and sugar.
    We need to eat good protein and fats. If you really want sugar content eat healthy natural fruits. Eat fruits in full form not juice or packeted.
