what's the pipeline used here ?
like are those uniquely sculpted environment/props from zbrush and textured in substance painter ?

A mix of that and a lot of tiling textures that can be swapped out if needed to extra variety.

Yes that is correct. It also has an auto-material layer that automatically textures the terrain based on the angle. slope and a few other parameters.

The demo scene is a large open world and not optimized for mobiles, but the assets themselves should work on mobile just fine.
