Excellent news, I wish you all the best for the final stretch. I remember that a major challenge was the crossing of the Hastings to Maidstone trunk road, presumably now solved. I used to work in Ashford and I know Tenterden well - a beautiful wealden town well worth a visit, and what better way than by rail from Robertsbridge!
There are enthusiasts who are interested in civil engineering and construction processes. Amazingly it seems common practice amongst the heritage sector to give us loads of spiel and very little footage of progress of works, if any!
