My fav band ever. Saw them live twice. Once in Singapore with Andi Deris as the vocalist and a year ago in Malaysia during their reunited tour with all the 3 singers. Love their performance! Regards from Malaysia
Good afternoon gentlemen and thanks for taking the time to react to Helloween and this song. As I said I I knew you were seeking a live experience and hopefully this has helped to give you some good memories until you can go to see bands live again. This is the first song of that concert, you also reacted to Eagle fly Free from the same show and it is next on the playlist. This song and the manner in which they perform it is simply breathtaking, however the crowds response and interaction with the band and song really does make it look and feel epic. Thanks for sharing, stay safe and have a lovely day.
My favorite band, especially this lineup! Now that they’ve reunited with Kai Hansen & Michael Kiske, they are beyond epic, have you looked at any of their “United Alive” videos? If not, I’d highly recommend “Pumpkins United” or “How Many Tears”, so good!!!
I saw them on this tour, here in Brazil (in Curitiba, not São Paulo). But I remember that when this first song started, everybody was jumping and was impossible for me not to jump as well, even if I didn't want to. The crowd was amazing that night and I'll never forget.
The bass player is Markus Grosskopf, who's one of the only two founding members still in the band, and is often overlooked and forgotten, so it's good to see and hear him get some recognition from you guys!
Imagine listening to the song Halloween by Helloween on Halloween... .. yeah. ;) They're one of the bands that led me into the metal genre at all, the Keeper of the Seven Keys pt 1 and 2 are such classic albums.
The bass player, Markus Grosskopf is amazing. And he is a fantastic songwriter. He's written many of the faster Helloween tracks. For one of hi's awesome songs check out Far From The Stars. Amazing and feel good song
Saw Helloween in London on this tour. Have a ticket to see them in Manchester next year... I pray to Superman that it will happen. Helloween are the greatest!! 🤟🤟🤟😎🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃
I bet Helloween was like... "what if we tried to make kind of a prog metal song for a change?" and this is what came out, and it's one of my favourite songs from them
I don't know if it's water, I think it is, but as a Brazilian, I can assure you, Caipirinha is perfect for your vocal chords, I can sing a lot better when I drink that haha, cheers from Brazil!
There are others amazing power metal bands in Japan that it would be worthwhile to check; The bands Lovebites-swansong and Unlucky morpheus- 「その魂に安らぎを ~ Dignity of Spirit」 are very talented bands to start with.
We were lucky enough to have them on Halloween night October 31st 2018 here in Chile (that was cool, lot of ppl in costumes) along with Arch Enemy and Kreator. My fourth time seeing them live and second time on their United reunion tour. It's an absolute experience. On another note dude, same stuff happened to me with Motorhead, and I do exactly the same on the shows I go to a quick short video and a couple of pictures and then the phone goes away.
I have an interesting story from the time they came to Portugal with Iron Maiden. (In fact, that whole day was full of episodes.) So, Helloween had released BETTER THAN RAW (I think) and Maiden had released VIRTUAL XI (from the Blaze Bailey) era. During Helloween's performance, while Weikath was doing a solo, some stupid asshole threw something at him (perhaps a coin) and hit him in the eye. From where I was, I could see him beginning to bleed. He then went to the backstage, had someone check the wound, and while all this was going on, he kept playing the solo. Extra event of the day: a soccer match between Iron Maiden and Benfica.
greetings from Germany...wuff, so glad that you do Helloween....i am fan since 1986, and also love All Hallows Eve. My tradition ever year is watching the movie "RAGMAN: Trick o´ Treat"...cool Metal movie with a great soundtrack from "Fastway".(awesome, Gene Simmons plays a RadioDJ, outstanding ironic acting from Ozzy Osbourne; his little part in the movie is a Priest, who try to save the world from this Evil Music, he calls it"The Devils Work".) I would love to see Alice Cooper on Halloween. Because one of my first Concert video tapes, you remember....VHS,,, was" Alice Cooper.. Welcome to my nightmare live 1986" awesome and very hard to find here in germany at that time (no UA-cam/Internet). The Concert was filmed on Halloween ´86. In his hometown Detroit, what makes it so special. I thought, wow, to be there...that must be unforgetable. here are links to the movie and the soundtrack....if you are interessted.........love your reactings and especialy your passion for music......stay safe, my friends ua-cam.com/video/sYw5xKsTpKc/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/sYw5xKsTpKc/v-deo.html
So I watched a couple of your react videos, and I like your Throw Back Thursdays. Going through your list, there is one you haven't done, and I'm honestly surprised you haven't, so I'm going to make a suggestion for you two: Queensryche - Take Hold Of The Flame, Live in Tokyo 1984. I know so many others have been doing this one, but I still would like to see you guys do it and give your thoughts on their live performance of Take Hold Of The Flame.
New Album was in Germany Nr. 1!!! Alle 69er haben es gekauft, nicht, weil sie sentimental sind, sondern weil es wirklich gut ist und vor Allem, ALLE 3 Sänger miteinander harmonieren!
"Rex Regi Rebellis" by Turisas would be a great song to react/review. They do other great songs too like "Battle Metal", "To Holmgard and Beyond" and "Stand up and Fight". :)
You know, I don't consider Keeper of the Seven Keys: The Legacy one of the band's better albums(it's not bad though), but this song in particular is one of the band's best tracks overall. I love it.
My fav band ever. Saw them live twice. Once in Singapore with Andi Deris as the vocalist and a year ago in Malaysia during their reunited tour with all the 3 singers. Love their performance!

O público brasileiro é o mais foda.

Killers of the Cross - Powerwolf
Really enjoyed that
Most underrated Band of all times!
YES!!!! Lips from Anvil! I've ALWAYS thought that Markus Grosskopf looks like Lips Kudlow!!! I'm glad someone else FINALLY sees it!!!!

I’d love to see you guys react to a song from the new Ingested album! Maybe No Half Measures?
Markus Grosskopf is an amazing bass player, sadly overlooked. Such a nice guy, he had a nice chat with my brother about fishing after a show in 2018.
Agreed! He is one of the reasons I picked up the bass. Definitely underrated
@@747jono he is very sweet, so is Kai Hansen
@@747jono sadly, Helloween never got much attention here in the US, even in the 80’s, I mention the band to people & they don’t know them.
@@747jono lol 😆, he was recalling his festival days. Brazil loves Helloween and their Caiprinhas are pretty damn good
