I'm an amateur drummer of 3 years now and I took on the task of learning this song note for note and boy... I've been learning it for about a week now and I've put about 40 hours into this song and can now say I can play this masterpiece. Mad props to Gavin.
The whole band is really good, mainly the drummer though, he dances the kit in an off time signature and back on the beat really well. Most drummers are not this talented, he’s really good.
what is the guy behind the violinist doing? I thought he was the one controlling the singers voice, but i see now she is controlling it herself with the keyboard. Is he sampling stuff or something?
@@dervorin3455 Vince is a member of the band and also a really great sound engineer. I’ve been to a lot of concerts but their’s is by far the best sounding live show I’ve ever been to... it was surreal in a great way. Vince has a lot to do with it IMO.
The videography on this clip suffers from the overuse of extreme close-ups, which makes it impossible to watch the whole band at once. Can't sit through the video.
I was high as hell yesterday while playing Rock Band 4 and was totally grooving to this song. Amazing!

I think he’s just the sound guy. Can’t have a live performance without a sound guy.
