    I had a really good night of sleep last night. Having that ketogenic re-feed meal yesterday definitely made me feel nice and relaxed, helped with some muscle soreness/healing, and gave me some good energy for my leg day workout this morning. I can’t wait for the next one one week from today!
    Next week during my peak week, I will be changing up my workout routine. I will be doing my week of hard labor by body beast. during this week, I will be focusing on less reps and heavier weights. I haven’t done this out in about six weeks, so I’m interested to seeing what my current body is able to handle.
