Just Great :) I'm asking U for some knowledge about your idea in stretching technics, since I train many-time a week, but my muscles not give me more opportunity to work as much as I want, since my muscles getting very tights and not giving me the possibility to be smooth and elastic to practice more!! Great lesson Master Woo! I was wondering for your non-kicking leg. Would you try and keep it closer to your body to prevent you from getting kicked in the groin?
It depends, sometimes you will use the jumping back kick to defend an attacker in which case you will be jumping backwards while kicking so landing backwards. and sometimes you will be attacking someone who may be off their guard or are to far away for a turning kick in which case you would jump forward while kicking and land closer to them. keep in mind when attacking with the jumping back kick it is important to try follow the kick up after initial impact because your guard will be down
Wow I used to practice Taekwondwoo and do this kick briskly when I was 18 , now I'm 42 all rusty and I can't lift my leg up :) . nice bringing the old memories . I wonder if I still can go back.

he can do it with the other leg. an immature like me can do jumping back kick with either right or left leg. an instructor like him, he should be able to do either sides.

i don't practive taekwondo, but this is just beautifull. Whenever someone can make a difficult move look easy, there is some mastery involved.

Does it give height when jumping? I think i dont gaining height when jumping.
