Absolutely fab...great episode/ footage/scenery.....although those roads looked a bit too scary for my liking ...must say, they were tackled with true yorkshire (and Oz) grit ! Loving these updates.. keep 'em coming!!
Great video, we haven’t gotten to Wilpena Pound yet, but it’s definitely on our list. Also the ride might be a pit more comfortable if you let a little more air out of your tyres, maybe try 25psi
Thanks so much guys! Thanks for watching! Good call on the 25psi, we kept them at 30 for Skytrek as that’s what they recommend, but could have definitely gone lower!!
hello Chris, thank you very much for this episode. When I was in Australia last year, I climbed up Rawnsley Bluff Lookout from Rawnsley Park Station. The view up there is and was just incredible. I love the Flinders Rangers. On my Instagram profile you can see a few photos of it.
Hi Raphael, I wish we’d had more time there and did that also, there’s so much to do in the area, we’ll checkout your pics on Insta! Thanks for watching!
I've just watched all of your videos. Really impressed all around, especially with the "depth" shots from the drone...eg. beside cliffs. Wishing you well on your Lap journey. Thanks heaps for sharing. I'm an Aussie and have travelled extensively Eastern Australia, and Central, but have not been West of Adelaide, so am really looking forward to joining you vicariously. I feel that, once the word spreads, you'll be extremely well-loved on UA-cam. Wishing you both/all🐶 every success. 🙆🌳🌞💜
Hey gypsy heartsouls - thanks so much for the lovely message!! We’re trying to do the best footage and editing that we can so we can best share what we are experiencing! Sounds like you’ve done a lot of travelling too!! 😊
Great stuff.............the production is so professional, especially the overhead shots from the drone. As I've said before, I think a career in travelogues for TV is beckoning ! Thank you again.
Firestarters !! what a fantastic episode... I'm way behind but catching up. This skytrek is a really a bizarre business model - do they own all the land for the 70km route?? Is it national park? Great filming keep up the good work.
Thanks Brian!! There’s a family which have owned the land of Willow Springs for a long time and they have developed the 4WD track around their land, it’s not actually in the Flinders Ranges National Park, which is why Archie could come with us!! It was so much fun to do!!! Thanks for watching!!
Bhahaha yes, I guess you are right! I think the dust inside was more annoying, it seems to get everywhere! Definitely visit Flinders Ranges if you get a chance, just beautiful there. Thanks so much for watching!!
We love watching your series. Archie is adorable. We have a caravan and our Ava (Border Collie) is always with us. Ava is inclined to eat everything so I am interested in buying a Smuzzle for her to keep in the van, if needed. Could you please let me know where to buy and what size did you get for Archie? Thank you
Hey Kent. We got the Smuzzle online from a lady in Melbourne who makes them. smuzzleme.com We got Archie a large one and it fits him well - it tells you how to measure it when you buy one online. Hope that helps!
Unbelievable scenery. The Flinders Ranges is on our must do list. Thanks for the video.
Hey Ian. Glad you enjoyed it and great that you’ve got the Flinders on your must do list!! 🙌
Great episode guys.
Thanks so much Andrew!! Thanks for watching!!
Great episode. We have friends adventuring to Flinders Ranges next April. They also follow you.
We loved Flinders Rangers so much! We were actually just in Coober Pedy and considered if we should go back while in SA haha! Thanks for watching!
