I started freezing ground meat and making your tofu/ground meat patties...they are so easy to bring for lunch with some veggies and they are great with different ingredients in them.😋❤
It's always a pleasure to see a new upload. I miss living by the ocean. I think it was last week you asked what we like to do with zucchini. I like to make a stirfry with zucchini, mushrooms and onion. Plus whatever protien I have on hand. I am growing zucchini this summer. It takes a lot of room.

I use painting tape (generic) to label the outside of my plastic containers and Ziploc bags when I put them in the freezer. They stay on and then they peel off easily when I take the item out of the freezer. I use a sharpie marker as well
