Wow, I'm so happy you are using ScytheKick for this playthrough. I did notice when you first show the map (24:50 or so) -- if you tap the brown hexagonal highlight, ScytheKick will automatically move the unit from the old spot to the new spot. The brown highlight indicates a tappable territory!
I’m so happy you made it 😀 yeah I kept going the long way round about some things, I think I’d caught on by the end of the campaign though! The app helps so much
Just found this through Facebook. I played this campaign a couple years back with my family. They were wondering on the "Scythe the Boardgame' group, and I am too, why you started the Popularity at 12. Simple mistake? Guess I will find out when I watch the video. Cheers!
I enjoyed Scythe solo but I LOVED playing through Fenris without having any idea about the story and the unlocks. Easily one of my fave solo experiences. It’s relatively expansive as a one-off campaign but great value given that the unlocks can be used with the core game afterwards.
hello may i ask why is the Automa’s Popularity is in 12? and not in 10. Ive read in the Automa Rulebook in the base game that the popularity will never leave in 10. thank you
Really enjoyed this play through. I’m intrigued by Scythe but not 100% sure if it’s a game for us. The expansion that turns it into a campaign has more of my interests peaked and can’t wait to see more and hopefully figure out if it’s a game for us or not.
As always i enjoy your playthroughs. I think that if you get resources from an encounter card they go on the encounter hex. And if you bump a worker i think yr movement ends? But nevermind it is not of great importance ; )
at roughly 49:30, you fought for the factory. however, you charged automa "the max" they would spend and said "7" then moved their marker from 16 to 7. Now, I may have missed something as I don't own the game and I'm not that familiar with it, but wouldn't their marker have landed on 9 instead? That would require you to spend at least 2 or 3 more power to win the factory battle, right?
Hi Kay! Yeah, I miscalculated in the previous combat, so they would have had 9 combat and spent 7, but since attackers win ties I knew that by spending 7 myself and knowing Automa didn't have any cards to play that I would beat them even if they had spent the 7 :)

Absolutely, and it could be reset if you wanted to play through it again too!

Thanks Jackie, glad you enjoyed it! Part 2 coming soon :)
When the Ultima put its fourth Mac out, you didn’t give them a star
Great video, keep them coming
Really enjoying this play through

Hi Kay! When the Automa went from 16 to 7 combat power it was noted in the Klingon subtitles at 48:03. They should have only been reduced to 9.
