I've been cooking with beef tallow since 2010, by accident, to make the story short, the "french fries" (originally from Belgium) were fried in beef tallow, my neighbor (a old lady from Belgium) told me so, i doubt but she insisted I made it myself, since she always share some fries with me , so i did try it...OMG EVERYTHING TASTE SO DELICIOUS! MY HEALTH WENT BETTER!, and i stopped buying supplements like vit e, complex b, etc, beef tallow has them all...

I stopped using PUFAs last year and swapped to butter, ghee, and recently bought some 100% beef tallow. I can tell a HUGE difference in how I feel (less inflammation) and managed to lose 25 lbs. Also noticed a change in energy/mood so I started exercising again. Great info! People have been greatly misled over the past 100 years regarding food/diet...

I use tallow for cooking all the time, always have, but just recently you’ve inspired me to try it as a skin moisturiser. 😊 I was skeptical at first, thinking that it would be like all other natural moisturisers that I’ve tried... greasy and making my skin appear shiny... but I was pleasantly surprised! It really is deeply moisturising while also making my skin appear dewy, but not shiny at all. It lends quite a matte appearance, which is great if you want to obscure any flaws. Wonderful that it doesn’t contain any chemical nasties either, as my skin is prone to eczema and redness when exposed to things like artificial fragrances. Makes a great lip balm too. Thank you so much, Bumblebee! I would never have thought to try had I not seen your videos! 💕

I just bought a jar of tallow and cooked with it my bok choy 🥬 and turkey mix. I loved it. I am on keto and looked at other saturated fat quantities and found that it had less of it than coconut, avocado and other healthier oils. I thought it would have more looking at its solid state. Great choice really.

Cheers from New Zealand, just found your channel and great to see, thank you. I've been using what we call lard here for some time now, which is rendered pork fat. Tallow or beef dripping isn't so readily available in supermarkets yet, because we're still low-fat, high-carb thinking here for many but more enlightened people join our ranks. My wife is Chinese so still relies on canola oil when cooking, but recently had a slight diabetes marker increase and now has given up fruit. Small steps for some, but feeling the benefits. I've lost 13kg since Christmas on the keto/carnivore diet without sweating in the gym. My grandparents lived to their mid-nineties on the type of diet you are promoting, I'm very pleased people are waking up to the lies we've been spun for 60 years.

I bought some organic tallow from grass fed beef here in Germany and wanted to use it as a balm, but I smell like beef! My neighbour's dog will love it, but nothing for me :-D It would be fantastic if you could also give tipps what can be done with already rendered tallow that smells (mine is quite yellowy, perhaps one can clean it somehow). Notification bell is put on and I am educating myself now through all your videos. :-) All the best from Germany!!!

I bought one jar of whipped balm, and one of regular balm and I've tried them both. When I add essential oils, which I get for ~ $2 from edenbotanicals, it becomes the most luxurient body butter and useful for aromatherapy too.

I cook a lot of beef-bone broth, and I throw away all the tallow. I can't swallow beef tallow because of the strong beef flavor.

    Hey there
I heard fat oxidized in high temp
So how is tallow good if its from rendering suet?(in heat)

Saturated fats, like beef tallow, lard, and other animal fats don't oxidise at high temperatures, and are heat stable. It's the vegetable oils that are the problem when heated.

Tip: watch at 2x speed. Helps with any slower paced video.

Tallow is not the same as suet.
Also, none of your links work on your website where you mention how to use tallow for skin moisturizer. Just FYI.
