There are matte formulas I really like that smooth over lines well but this one wasn't it lol

I bought Homecoming Queen and love it. Instead of swiping it I stamp it on and get a beautiful blurred flush. I do have dry lines lips. I might just have lucked out by buying one of the colors that works. Thinking of trying I’m shy.

These remind me of AOA studio venetian romance lipsticks, I have that one in shade Folly and I love it’s colour BUT, it gets super patchy but feels like I have nothing on my lips similar to powder I guess

I should have watched this video before I bought one 😅 You're totally right! I got the red one and the color looks patchy as all heck. I love the soft blur look, if it wouldn’t settle into your lip lines and make you look crazy 😩 I did like the lack of transfer, like if i kissed my hand, it didnt get on it, but thats about the only plus 😬
See and how weird because that was ONE of the shades that actually worked for me. They seem really inconsistent!!
Hi lovely! This is definitely been my least favorite purchase of the year so far. I literally had to push the lipstick into my lips multiple times to get a few coats on. So bad! The other huge flaw is that it barely lasts. Oh well..back to my beloved favorites
They are such a weird product -- which shade did you buy? I was surprised that the Homecoming Queen one did end up lasting so long on me!

Id probably LOVE these I like low pigment sheer lipsticks, can't stand high pigment lippies...
As long as you’ve got relatively smooth lips or exfoliate ahead of time! I bet they’ll be right up your alley 🫶🏼

Great review! I usually love wet n wild. But when it comes to lipsticks I steer clear of the word sheer. I like to hear the word pigmented LOL. Balms and glosses and oils can be sheer but not lipsticks IMO.
Yeah-- once I reach for a lipstick *typically* i want more pigmentation! thank you for watching!

I remember the Maybelline Blurs, and I liked those.I bought the light shade of these and had to pull on my lips just to get a little color payoff.I thought I just got a bad one,but seems like they vary in text ure.
Yes, too much variation for one lipstick line in my opinion!
I just really don't like those colors. I think we can definitely do better than this. Thx for the demo so we can save our bucks!
The other thing is the colors may look different depending on your natural lip color as well, since they stay looking relatively sheer!

These are meant to go sheer! It’s for the blotted look. I feel it’s a glossier Gen G dupe..
Yep I mention the pretty blotted look! Though the brand does claim they can be built up for full color
I can’t get on the lip gloss train. It comes off soooo fast. What’s even the point of wearing it 😅
I'll admit I prefer lip oil vs. gloss because at least I'm getting some nourishment! :)

I think the keyword was “sheer”. They all looked decent when it was more sheer than built up. Either way, I just don’t look good with matte lipsticks anymore. Plus, the colors are not right for me. I’ll pass on these.
But at no point, sheer or built up, did it look like the product photos :/
