- Hey Bailey Bunch! I thought I picked up all 24 shades of the Wet n Wild Silk Finish Lipsticks...BUT I MISSED ONE!! So, today I'm only swatching/trying on 23 shades from this collection, but hopefully it's just as useful to you. To keep track of which shade is which, here's a list of each one I swatched with time stamps:

Here's a quickie review: Overall, this is a really nice lipstick line (especially for 99 cents a piece). True to the name, the formula is silky smooth and hydrating, and pigmented with just one swipe. The collection is very pink-heavy, so I would have liked to see more light and mid-tone nudes. But what the collection lacks in those, it makes up for in gorgeous reds! The pinks stained my lips, but I didn't experience that with any other shade. If you see a shade that sticks out to you, I recommend you go check it out! At 99 cents, you're not out much if you hate the shade, but you can guarantee you're getting a pigmented, moisturizing formula.

I love Wet n Wild’s 99 cent lipsticks. My only caveat is their lids. I wish the stayed secure better. But honestly for the price no complaints. Great video.

All jokes aside, that was my favorite lipstick in high school! So creamy and the blue pearl really added something to the look :)

2) How did the makeup around your lips manage to stay put?
3) Are your lips ok now? That's a lot to put them through lol.
Ahaha thank you! I used makeup wipes to remove (these are really easy to take off without a lot of smudging), and patted excess foundation on my brush on my lips in between swatches to clean up my lip lines, and tone down any redness from removal. I think I've gone through half a tube of my Lanonlips Lemonaid Lip Treatment since filming this on Sunday LOL

Honeslty, I went to my CVS looking for lipsticks from some other brand, and picked up this one in Secret Muse, because hey, what's $1 to lose? And I have to say: I am beyond impressed. It performs so much better than the other more expensive lipsticks I bought, the finish is gorgeous, and it was only $1.09. ONE DOLLAR, AND NINE CENTS. In 2024 in the U.S, in THIS economy, THIS is monumental! I'm buying only this lipstick from now on. I'm absolutely sold. Great on medium darker skin.

I have fuchsia with blue pearl and dark wine and i love them so much! So good for the price ! The packaging is a pit wobbly but its like a dollar so im not complaining.

I totally agree! Like all trends, it's coming back around, but it's been rebranded as "metallic". But any 80's and 90's baby will know it by its true finish: frost LOL!

I love this video so much! You look great in every color but the one that stands out on you is Java. I wish I could find my color. I'm blonde w/blue eyes but corals make my teeth look yellow-ugh!

I've used up two retro pink lipsticks it's my favorite spring color I'm also going to try Paris pink 💗 I like a lipstick I'm not stuck trying to fix that I can just apply it again

I never really loved this formula bc I used to own Dark Wine and Hot Red and ended up giving them away but I bought Cashmere on a whim bc it looked unique and I was pleasantly surprised. Yesterday I picked up Mink Brown bc I don't own a straight brown and for $1 it's not bad at all.

Thank you! I couldn't find a second song that complimented the first to fill the whole video, so I just ended up repeating the same song 😬 Hopefully future lip swatch videos won't be this long (for the sake of repetition, and my lips LOL).

I've had sunset peach and java, but I feel like they should get rid of about 5 of the pink shades, they are so similar and replace them with some pretty nudes.
Fuschia with blue pearl reminds me of firebird from urban decay.
Good eye! I think Firebird has more of a glittery texture, but they're pretty close!!
