This mansion with the bare minimal decorations and supplies kinda looks like at one point they were trying to sell it but no one wanted to buy it and the way the floors looked it looks like they recently either swept or mopped it .I'd say about a month before this explore. But it's a shame that all these mansions you ,Freaktography and Carlo Poalozza show go to waste You all do great work and you guys show respect to these homes .Keep up the great work guys.
@@RiddimRyder Exactly man It looks almost pristine in every way except a little mold and that little but of crumble in that main floor room it looks like it's move in ready .
Tudor style homes always seem to have strange blueprints. One bath had tub with hand shower. To be shared by three bedrooms??? Round room with no purpose? The wood was interesting. And expensive. This was a strange one. Thanks for sharing.
Yes, it was strange and had a weird vibe, which is most likely why it didn't sell. With the open floorplan currently the rage, the way this house's rooms are so walled off from each other makes it cold and uninviting. I can usually visualize what a house can look like after renovations. I found it hard with this sad house. The staircase needs to be saved, though.
You should be a real estate agent for these palatial estates! You have such a love and a child-like enthusiasm for them. Why not make a commission while you are at it!
1st word that came to mind, is Elegant. Then Classy! I've never seen a room, like that round one. Is that an Island with No sink in the kitchen? That's wonderful! I liked the cleanliness of this place. I liked it a lot, start to finish.
love how you got in Freaktography way of his picture taking lol and caught your self on your wording, nice recovery . great video, beautiful house, a little on the dark side with all the wood work but still nice. looks bigger than it actually is.
It really kills me that they would demolish a perfectly good, well, AWESOME house, for what ??? A lot of these places, nobody today would even be able to afford the craftsmanship on houses like this
That tall round room is awesome! I'd fill it with books on custom made bookshelves and have a really comfy chair in there for me and the cats... I've got it all planned 😂😂😂
Beautiful. All that gorgeous woodwork. Must have cost a bloody fortune. Thank you for the tour. Nice backyard too. Pity no pool but it was on a ravine. Maybe that's why it didn't have one. Take care.
OMGosh I want this house!! 😭 It's just too beautiful to tear it down. Great find. I ❤ wood work. It's alot to stain and oiled to keep preserved but it's so gorgeous. Well worth it. Thanks for sharing....
Am i alone when i say i feel so sad when watching these abandoned places. Like once a happy place and now nothing. It is really beautiful - still in good condition for the most part. Love your channel !
Oh wow!I loved every thing about this place.Thank you for sharing this video with all of us.I love all the abandoned mansions and wishing I could have one, one day,not to be I guess since I am not a millionaire and too old to boot.
With most banks and insurance companies it's not the houses that are the key selling points it's the land value .Unfortunately these mansions literally go on the chopping block if they can't be sold .
Good point about the bidet - why would someone want to shuffle across to the other side of the room? Fabulous house, great video. I don’t understand the logic of why they would tear down this gorgeous house.
Absolutely Gorgeous!!!! I can't imagine how all of these amazing homes are being demolished. Heck I would live in this place. And what I really don't get is all the bidet's in some of these houses. Like you rarely see a house here in the states with one. I'm glad you guys are social distancing, but where are your masks?
Wow! Nice clean place. Really not much for decay. It's really move in ready and I love the parquet flooring. I'm slightly outdated so it works for me. Love the kitchen. The step-up coming out of the bedrooms is probably to discourage people from sneaking around the house at night because they will stub their toes and yell. Ha. The lock at the top of the door might have been safety measure for a sleepwalker. When you have a house that big you don't really need a big basement. And that washer/dryer set is newer and nicer than mine. Thanks for sharing.
Wow look at how many subscribers you have now! Your videos are and have always been good quality and none of that shaking the camera or panning around so the viewer can't watch it like other urban explorers do. You fine the best places! Maybe you can visit the states and go to some deserted places in Arizona or maybe one day you can see if you can do abandoned celebrity homes from Hollywood or something like that. I imagine that would need a lot of planning and money and permission. Lol. Keep making those epic videos!! 👍❤️
It looks like an good cleaning service could come in and then fix that spot by the electrical fireplace and anyone that had the money for upkeep and taxes could move right into the house! How many times do you see that? But I would do a history search on the land and who or what lived nearby many years ago.
It's so dark and masculine, I picture some white-haired oil baron and his three twisted sons living there, with a mousy sister preparing their gloomy silent meals. "These potatoes are overdone. Go to the Round Room, Cissy." "No, father! Not the Round Room!" Eldest son snickers. Middle son unfriends people on his phone, and youngest son bangs his head quietly against the table. Meet the MacFarquhars.
Weird... what was with all those picture frame moldings everywhere in almost every room and then closets full of clothing. Who just walks away like that. Great video.
Awesome house. I just cannot understand why peo0le destroy such beautiful houses. I do hope someone salvages all that beautiful wood work and light fixtures
Once again, a garage that is not finished. Wonder why it is abandoned, that room could have been a ballroom over the garage. Love the kitchen, my dream kitchen. Look how thick that wall was where the windows were. The chandeliers are beautiful, also the staircase. The upstairs bathroom is fantastic, the master is very nice. The basement is cool. I would live there, shame it will be demolished. I honestly do not understand people who have money.
Last time I saw an over-the-garage room like that in a (not abandoned) mansion, they were using it for a game room. This place is just so unique. Why the hell is it being demolished?? To put up 10 McMansions?
What is it with all these estate homes being demolished in the area, everyone has to have the own new McMansion instead? That wrought iron railing was easily a 5 figure project.
Such a waste! All that beautiful hard wood! And so much room! What state is this gorgeous house located in? Is there any way to save it? It's in beautiful condition 😍 Wonder how many square feet it is.
There needs to be a law forbidding demolition of houses that are livable with minimal restoration. It's disgusting how many multi million dollar mansions get torn down when really they only need some cosmetic work or have easily fixable moisture damage.
Ever hear of LIBERTY? IF YOU owned the property, YOU should be able to do with your property as YOU wish. Idiot commie Can't Understand Normal Thinking! STFU.
