I loved the land outside , but really didn’t care much for the layout nor the stairs of the home! In my opinion It has a cold look n feel about it. But the kitchen was super awesome ! Thanks Carlo !
Hey Carlo, great to see you again. Amazing Mansion, loving all that wood flooring and those stairs ( far out ). Very nice kitchen, agree with you Carlo the black benches and the brown cupboards really match well. Really like that retro style chandelier ( glass balls ). That bar area, looks like it had an entertainment room for TV (maybe movie night with friends ). That fire place with the pyramid brick top and the tiles on the fireplace ( very different from any other fire places I have seen ). #Ethanspinkroom very cute, hope he likes it, and he has a pink bathroom to match. Cool Sauna. Love how the beck rapes around the house. Very nice pool, with that wood beck area and the paved area. Was a real find Carlo, the place really deserved investigating. Really enjoyed exploring this one with you Carlo. Big Hi 5 to Ethan & Terry for being there with you. Can't wait to see the next exciting adventure with you. Love you Man and cheers from Australia.
I’m not crazy about the outside but inside was awesome. It definitely needs some work here or there, but it doesn’t need to be torn down. Such a shame.
Carlo this is one of my favourite houses you have explored. I love the futuristic feel to it. Them stair case is amazing. Im also a fan of unique floor plans and this covers it. Are they renovating this place. I'd hate to see it demolished.
It's very nice. Kinda reminds me of a fancy Dr's office, very sterile and clinical.....but better LOL "in a good way", i would live there. That house has tones of space. The property alone with mature tree's is enough to buy this house. It's different. It's very open, lot's of windows for natural light to come in. That being said, what a true shame such a lovely unique home is left to rot away. It's very clean. I love the retro line's of this home. Would not change anything except the staircase railings. To closed in, would open that up with railing to match decor and compliment that open space. Love the kitchen and black counters. The possibilities are endless on this one. Also...when you want a deep soaker tub for your own house, but see one in a abandoned home that's "like new" RIP!! 😣😞 I hope it's sold before it's gone for good like most abandoned home's. Thanks for the share❤ Much love from Ontario Canada. BTW. #Ethan's little room
I never understood why you would pay 6 million for a house but not finish the garage. Not even a coat of paint on the little drywall that is up. Come on, really? You could not get the contractor to add that? They could not afford the $200 in drywall and paint? That always irritates me to see a job not done all the way.
Hey Carlo, this is my first comment i made ever on one of your adventures. I have been following you now for about a year. Your intro music was the best n suited this explore. Also this is one of your most beautiful homes you ever filmed. How do you ever find these gems.
Super interesting place... kinda looks like it hasn't been abandoned too long, or maybe there was some reno being done prior to moving in, but then... ran outta money? 🤷🏻♀️ Fun to speculate, definitely liveable with some minor clean-up. Thanks for sharing, Carlos! 😊💜‼️
Fabulous! Look at those stairs, they are really short distances from one step to the other..... baby steps.... How awesome! Is that place for sale? Or are they going to tare it down? ❤️ &. 🙏🏼’s from your neighborhood Minister Dee...
#Ethan'slittleroom. Exquisite house. Rings a bell of Frank Lloyd Wright somehow. Shop till you drop without leaving home with those stairs. Amazing find, shame demolition is in the agenda.
Linda mansão Carlo😍 Brasil acompanhando seus vídeos, adoro suas explorações nessas mansões abandonas que pena que não falo inglês para poder entender um pouco da história dessas mansões,tipo pq está abandonada?🤔
ok like 5 secs into the vid with the stairs i see sooo much i could soo work with with them. photos, artwork, etc. so what the former owvers were apparently not creative enough OR were and abandoned...but still LOVE this stairs *part 1 comment*
#eathenslittlepinkroom Lol Carlo! I love the mansion. The mall staircase is definitely 1980's. That's a beautiful find! I like the pool but maybe Kermit would enjoy it more at this point? Lol!!🤔🤣 The fireplace is amazing!!! I'll take the house!!! Yay!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣😱😱😱🤗💜Love from New Jersey
The inside and outside of the house looks more like a commercial building, rather than a family home. I'm not surprise to find either a McDonald's or Wendy's Restaurant smacked right there in the building. It's a large house, no doubt. With only maybe, five or six people staying in the house, it's bewildering why people need such a huge house, if not as a status symbol. Or maybe; some parts of the house was meant to be converted as an offices or for other commercial used. With such a big house, there will be many rooms and vacant spaces not fully utilized. It will definitely leaves a big chuck of the house empty. Some believe, homes, rooms or places which are left empty far too long, will attract unsavory "beings" into the house. I think that's what happened to the house. Could it be why the family left? The "infestation' of the spirits and entities or whatever beings, is throughout the house. It's frightening, to say the least. Thanks Carlo Paolozza. Here goes: 1) At 4:15 and 4:17 a boy faint voice said, "Help," as Carlo was leaving the massive three doors garage; 2) At 4:45 a male faint voice said. "Hello" when Carlo was in the kitchen; 3) At 4:48 the same male voice said, "Watch out'" as Carlo approached the deck area; 4) At 4:51 the male voice again, asked, "What's that?" when Carlo read the sign board that said, "Do not walk on deck;" 5) At 9:42 and 9:56 a boy and a male faint voice called out, "Help;" 6) At 10:24 a male weird voice asked, "Whaa is up?" (What is up), as Carlo was opening the refrigerator - playback speed at 0.75; 7) At 13:11 and 13:18 a boy voice called for help; 8) At 13:36 a male voice called out, "Help;" 9) At 13:48 a male faint voice said, "Eehh," as Carlo was opening the sauna's door; 10) At 15:12 a male faint voice said, "Eehh," when Carlo was standing on the deck; 11) At 15:27 a female voice said, "Help me out," as Carlo was talking to Ethan on the deck, at the second floor - playback speed at 0.75; 12) At 15:35 - 15:38 a male voice said, "Mommy" ... "This is not what I want." The voice sounded eerie and demonic like, considering it came from an adult and not a kid calling Mommy - playback speed at 0.75;
I saw this on another channel. Strange house, absolutely love the kitchen, but the rest is just too modern and plain for my taste. Shame it is to be demolished. Good explore.
It's so damn clean. Looks like a family could just move right in.
This would make a great movie house. I can see an epic shoot out on those stairs. 😂
The outside looks more like a business than a home.
Someone should have a channel explaining what happened for these people to lose or abandon these places.
Yeah some back story would be great
I cant remember who but one of the urbex explores does give a back story of the buildings they go in.
Idk why I love to see abandoned pools even though they creep me out...thanks fo the video Carlo😃😃😃
This looks like a home & business put into one space...from the outside look to the stairs...love it I would live there.
I loved the land outside , but really didn’t care much for the layout nor the stairs of the home! In my opinion It has a cold look n feel about it. But the kitchen was super awesome ! Thanks Carlo !
Thought for sure you would end up in the food court when you went down the mall stairs. 🌴🇺🇸

This house is so beautiful... If I had the money I would restore it to its former glory.
A unusual house .especially the glass room .
Such a stunning house,what a great find.

That is a great find !!! Love the entryway .
The stairs made the house unique. Great find 👍

Why would they tare a house down that nice? It’s so beautiful! Carlo Thank you for showing all these beautiful homes!!!
What a gorgeous house. I could live there no problem. So the house is being demolished? That is so sad.
Absolutely gorgeous 💜
Love the wood stove!! Stairs are odd but unique and pretty
This house is a masterpiece. Sad that the garage isn't finished.
Hey Carlo, this is my first comment i made ever on one of your adventures. I have been following you now for about a year. Your intro music was the best n suited this explore. Also this is one of your most beautiful homes you ever filmed. How do you ever find these gems.
Great find! I hope they are able to salvage the cupboards, shutters and fireplace before they demo the house!
Yes! The stairs look like mall escalators when you walk in!! 🤣

Beautiful house
WOW AWESOME great video Carlo as always 👍🏻👍🏻
Thing of beauty
The only interesting thing in this house is that fireplace. Love the deck and garden too square and modern. Thanks for the video.
#Ethan'sLittleRoom! 😜
I can tell you how I feel about the staircase I love it and the rest of the house is pretty incredible too definitely a top favorite
Carlo you are one of my faves! Love your videos! ♥️
1 of the best yet, imho...
First thing the stupid stair ccase would have to replace for something smaller other then that the house is okay.
Pepto-Bismol Pink!
I agree I would love to live there.
Vocês sabem dizer porque essa cada foi abondonada
Em que cidade e pais e essa mansão?
you find another stunning house
Great intro, nice explore
Beautiful house but those are plantation shutters. You can tell by the width or size of the louvers. California shutters have smaller louvers
What is up you guys✌🏼
I love this house where is it located at what part of the country
So sad to spend that much money to build and then later have it torn down!!!
I just learned Canadians loves Saunas. 😂
This house design reminds me of a Frank lloyd house
Were those steps as short as they looked?
Beautiful house. Why is it empty and abandoned?
#ethanslittleroom I am 💙’ng this place. 🔥 🔥 🔥
#ethens little room (pink) lol. I haven’t seen you in awhile. Nice to see you ❤️this is lady from California 😘✌🏼
Duuude this one's going to be dope
Where do you guys find these houses?
I saw this on another channel. Strange house, absolutely love the kitchen, but the rest is just too modern and plain for my taste. Shame it is to be demolished. Good explore.
