Love the video 👍 just a friendly tip, but primer and paint the exposed metal you cut off to prevent rust. Also keep an eye on the powder coat on cheap parts. I learned the hard way that after a season it flaked off and had to replace or recoat and costs were about the same. That’s because they don’t treat the bare metal and will coat with rust on it on most of these over seas manufacturers. Maybe on the LJ look into kbd urethane flat fenders. Have them on my tj and color matched them. Haven’t seen another tj with them 👍 looking forward to seeing more.
Nicely done. Looks good. To add to your comment to wear safety glasses, I'd also wear proper gloves so you don't slice your hands on the jagged metal. I really enjoy seeing you guys do this stuff in your driveway like the majority of us have to do it.
I’ve been watching since the fuel injector issue videos with the og tj. Just a warning I have these exact fenders and every single weld cracked and is rusting and it has been less than a year and the Jeep is garage kept washed regularly and has never seen salt. The hood vents and winch plate I installed the same day are perfectly fine. No remedy has been offered by the manufacturer. I’m going to be replacing them as soon as possible just because they look so bad now

I couldn’t stop cringing at the finished product 😮, nice attempt, but you should have lined up the fender to the body first, tightened the bolts and then bolted the front, also, you hacked off way to much of the inner fender, yikes!

Great video and very well done with the instructions

Those are definitely an interesting install - fair easier than removing the entire fender!
Yes!

I’m curious how the paint would look like after clay baring. Awesome job on the series! I look forward to future episodes!
Thank you+
Hello from Spokane WA!
Cheers!
Are you replacing the rear fenders
Yes
Where is the link for the hood latch?
Any way to do the install without destroying the factory fenders?
Nope!
Awesome job guys and I subscribed as well.

Looks awesome!!! Greg get a kneeeling pad. My knees hurt just watching you kneel on that cement. Haha
Nice job there.
I’ll be doing this as soon as my flat fenders come in.

To each their own! Actually didn't "hack off" too much.
5/16” and 8mm swap.
Nice!
What did you do for turn signals?
I guess they're too good to answer
