I got burned With the kaspium wallet and I took a picture of the seed phrase so I no it was the right seed phrase They tried to tell me that I wrote it down wrong, but I never told them that I took a picture of it and wrote it down. So be careful because you won’t get it back.
If you took a picture of your seed phrase that’s exactly a way to lose your funds you should always write it down only. Kaspium is fine I’ve been using it as well as thousands of others with no issues. Of course always test the wallet though.

As soon as you go to move the KAS around it tells you the pin number doesn't work and then as soon as you follow the steps to try to get the wallet to work That's when you find out the real problem I wasn't born yesterday.
I understand your frustration but I have never experienced an issue. I use kaspium quite often. 99% of issues with crypto wallets are typically user errors. At least though never keep your seed phrase anywhere online on a device. This is bad practice.
I’m not sure about the passphrase but I do know it supports the seed phrase that is created on onekey. I am also pretty sure the passphrase is only associated to the device it’s created on. It’s not transferable.

Some examples are like Mcdonalds vs subway or Google vs Bing. Doesn’t matter if subway or bing are better the other 2 will always dominate. For sure I see value in Kas and thats why I hold a specific amount. But don’t see it succeeding to a level of dominance compared to others. Yes I want it to succeed but from an investors point of view its going to be very difficult. Its going to need some adoption from some heavy hitters to be successful.
