He's a beast even in the easy game. In the hard game, where he has double health, instant Alpha move as soon as the due start, AND YOU CAN'T KILL ANYONE (that'll lower your reputation therefore less merry men will join your course) the only option is for a tough guy to lure him to a single hand to hand due (he will, because all knights are arrogant apparently) and knock him off (many save required, I've almost save after every hit because his defense is like an iron wall) This game is my most favorite game of all time. Game play, AI, characters design, music, map design are all top notch. Still playing even now from time to time
When I see a Black Knight, the only way to deal with him is someone who draws his attention step backward so you prevent your unit from damaging them and then Little John one hit K.O. the Black Knight from behind. (Not Robin, because he cannot take him down in one blow) In missions like that Little John is a must.
Lol, he be like: “It’s just a flesh wound” 😃 literally knocking him unconcious and then stabbing the whoreson with Will Scarlett is the only solution. Guess black knights are really persistent and dedicated to never let anyone pass 😂
My trick is to use Robin or his nephew to lure the enemies to the place where Robin and his nephew can jump upon while enemies can not , and let them stop there, then send Little John.
You are very right, sir! Which is why one doesn't engage the knights in this game. One uses a John of Little to knock them out. Either by the Sneaking of Up, or the employment of distraction-ness. 😄
lmao I changed Will Scarlett's voice files with Knight's. now every time Will fights with another Knight they say 'On guard, rogue' at the same time. it's hilarious. when will gives money to beggar he'll say : 'ah, here you are' and 'get up, beggar'
A red one would not have been much different on hard difficulty. On medium, only black knights have the -99 hp move, so the difference is more pronounced there.
@@thierryfluiterpet Area of Effect- I meant that attack where you spin around. It is guaranteed knocback against almost every enemy. While they are on the ground you can wind up your "ultimate" attack without being interrupted.
It is easily dodgeable and blockable, though annoying as hell. Pretty sure it was mostly made just to mess up with the ally AI NPCS you have if you don't pay attention to them and lose the mission when they die.
2021 I still Play this Game ! sooo fun :)) How could you Pan Camera Smoothly ? Mine is a bit lag compare to my old memory of Window ME , was very smooth !

I left alive by mistake one black spearman and he killed every single green troop on the same map and the same spot. Green troops are a joke
green troops literraly can kill themself on one pikeman. All they can do killing helpless tied enemy's
There is a mode where green troops becomes equal as black ones

Also If I remember correctly making him fall down the stairs knocks him out reliably, so you can tie him up.
