This video was filmed early last week, since then I won a PDGA event shooting 1050+ for the weekend and shot the course record the first round! So we’re headed in the right direction! Thanks so much for the love and support ❤️

I'm into this idea. Gannon Buhr is one of the few pros who breaks down his own, and everyone else's play super well. Would be great to have you step into that role as a veteran and give us the nerdy takes on tour play. Would watch that all day.

You throw as good as anyone. Period.
Luck is determined by desire. The “killer instinct” is not caring about any certain outcome. Detachment.
The zone is a mental state.
For me, I visualize myself entering a tunnel as I step up to the first tee pad. Until I finish my last throw I’m in the tunnel, one shot at a time(.) My breathing is the only thing I hear. Having the box allows me to control my card. Get the box, keep the box.
    Zero emotion. Nothing but chains.

I’m so excited for this series. I recently decided to do something similar. I started playing roughly 19months ago and started strong enough that I get called out by some of the better people in my area but my putting was just abysmal. After this last tournament I played where I missed first by 1 stroke but left 7 in c1. When I got home I pulled out my basket and putted for 4 hours until sundown.i had a good epiphany 2 hours in and really feel confident now. Nothing good but I feel like I brought my 15% c1 to 30 maybe even higher. We’ve had 25mph wind lately so I can’t tell. I’m now super motivated to try this upshot practice and everything else I can think of to really push for Ma2 this year.

Great video Drew! You're gonna get a Majot or 2 with this strategy. As a lifelong ball golfer, I find it crazy how little range work the disc pros do. I know it's not the same, but the range is where the money is made. Ball golfers spend hours on just one club. I never see pros with a stack of the same midrange just doing reps. It's always different discs or playing.

Make you own course with random things as targets instead of baskets. Find a park that borders some trees and use things that are already there as your baskets.

The big thing I learned this week is how much the placement of my plant foot affects my swing plane and hyzer angle.
If I stagger stance that forward lean puts you into hyzer, keeping the feet in line is flat, and moving the plant back is anhyzer.
So now realizing I can keep my upper body pretty much the same, and just changing where I step naturally puts me into a lean.

Drew, have you considered breaking down on a computer graphically each and every fairway / Hole for each upcoming event? you know what areas of your game are working from week to week, so you can break down each fairway on a computer and adapt your game to what is working that week. and then you can find a park in the area where you can do your field work / practice and I think that would be huge...if ya get the gist of what I'm saying?

Until we can define the problem, we cannot focus on achieving a result. Only until you threw to a fixed object and discovered that you were inconsistent (120ft apart to the left and right of that object), were you able to eliminate the negativity and focus on one objective: hit the line. The goal is not the rating, not power, not distance. In this case, the goal is accuracy. This improved your score which improved your rating. Accurate diagnosis leads to better solutions which creates opportunities.
