So the money should go according to the purpose how it was sent by the sender.

Even in temples we donate money for renovation of temples, construction of new buliding inside temple, trust which the temple maintain.. We get the receipt for that... If he issued any receipt for that, definitely it will be on the record... In that case, those money should be spent for construction of those churches with proper govt guidance.... If nothing cannot be proved, then the money should go to the govt.....
