On the first Corner after the start finish straight, you can actually break in the middle of the access road and use your Trail braking to throw yourself at the curbing at the Apex and Apex a lot later than that, which actually gives you a good line and allows you to carry a lot more speed through to the s's, never even coming out of 5th gear. At the breaking Zone after the long straight, you should use all of the track on the right which will give you a better line to actually cut some of the dirt at that Apex point which will give you the line to not even come off throttle as you're coming around the bend, and after you go under the overpass if you keep yourself toward the middle of the track, you'll actually find that you're cutting anywhere from half a tenth to a full 10th off of your lap time instead of going out wide like that. The only reason you should be going out wide it is if you have faster cars coming up behind you and you're trying to make room for them.
I can’t for the life of me figure out turn 7 (3rd gear right hand with slippy rumble strips) I’ve gotten it a couple times but I’m so inconsistent with it and usually brake too hard in fear of over steer. It’s so important too because of the long straight after.
Hi I'm new to iracing and want to do a season in mainly the bmw and was just wondering if you have any general tips and how to stop getting oversteery on exit when I use too much throttle it seems to always start sliding

Yeah it’s a massive pain in the arse to get right but keep trying and you’ll nail it once and then smash it every time.
Newbie question. I’m coming from ACC and diving into iRacing. Do we configure TC and ABS or only on non fixed setup races? Thanks
Only on non fixed series bud yeah (and lots of cars don’t have any anyway)
What are your impressions with iracing vs acc?
@@guyamek I’m really enjoying it. I like the physics and multiplayer a lot
How can i see the telemtrie data?
You can only see what’s on screen matey. Garage61 kept cutting off my FFB so I deleted it.

You just have to be gentle with your right foot on exit bud but the M4 is very twitchy anyway.
@@Sambo_iRacing alright thanks you just seem so smooth and confident when you drive I hope I can get close to your level one day lmao
Cheers buddy but you don’t see the outtakes which is generally twenty minutes of me swearing at the car for being too twitchy.
