I was so excited when I saw this was coming out!! They knocked it out of the park! It’s amazing, I’ve only listened to it like 5 times. I completely agree 👌🏻💛👌🏻
Oh and the guard is Tony of Pattycake. This is so dang good, I've just didn't ever expect this of Geoff. I've heard it about a dozen times today and still not digesting all of it. It's phenomenal. The guys added so much. Phenomenally good. Yeah - that was absolutely my first reaction - tears running down my face that Geoff could go from godly to deviltry.
Awesome reaction as always Bramma. This is so beautiful and powerful. Love it. Tomorrow Geoff is releasing his video. From Nightmare Before Christmas. Two villains in 2 days. Candy and treats for all of us.
Imagine coming to the premier of this song straight from watching someone melting copper in his forge. Straight from glowing molten copper to this video. Shiver.
They're all doing the bell tones behind Geoff at the beginning. And if this blew you away, Geoff's amazing cover of Jack's Lament premieres here on UA-cam on Saturday the 7th (tomorrow) at noon Eastern. It will leave you trembling!
11:55 tickled me, the way you included the appropriate Geoff hand gestures when demonstrating the notes you'd thought he was going to sing! If I hadn't already known you were a big fan, that'd have given it away :D
This is an awesome video! Thanks for the reaction! ❤ Geoff said in an interview that Tim from Home Free gave him some pointers on how to hit those sub woofer notes when they met on The Sing Off. Voice Play has come a LONG way since then! And I'd say Geoff was a great student of the low notes! 😊 BTW - Tim used to teach tenors, too! And - just FYI - the guard who says the girl escaped is Tony, one of the original VP members. He & Layne run PattyCake Studios where this was filmed. He sang lead with Rachel Potter in the Phantom of the Opera video. You should react to that one if you haven't already.
In case you hadn't guessed who they got to play the guard that interrupts Claude Frollo. Its past member Tony Wakim just happened to be a Patty Cakes. So they had three generations of VoicePlay baritones in this video. Tony, J. None, and Cesar. I think Cesar had an excellent theatre teacher in high school. I also think it was Geoff singing the background bass.
@@Wildecat10Yeah I commented the same on another video. It’s 4 generations. Layne is usually credited even now as drums and baritone but he was the OG baritone!
And of course I had to check if you covered Hellfire and then watch THAT reaction, because even after just one video I knew this song would get you! Lol. This one threw me for a loop the first time too. I was like...WHAT! He goes way down in hell most of the times and then just rises up to the heavens to dance with the angels? Only to say hi to Satan again. what is going on here?! You're not alone in your thoughts ;) We all love Geoff for his notes and his octave range and everything in between. Such a sweet man and then he sounds so menacing as Frollo, it's amazing. The song even made me anxious, in a good way. And yes then the eyes. Oh my god the eyes! I do not feel ashamed at all that I find Geoff really attractive. and I know there a lot of people with me xD That said, this song is also this great thanks to the other amazing guys. They all have their skills and it always blows my mind. My first song of Voiceplay was Valhalla Calling. You can imagine my surprise when I saw this one and Oogie Boogie. Great reaction again :p
I love when they did the ACA Top 10 Villain's but I loving this. I hope around Christmas time you do The Chipmunk Song (Christmas Don't Be Late) - VoicePlay Ft Deejay Young which 2 people who been on your The Voice has done songs with VoicePlay which is Deejay Young and Omar Cardona.

Geoff is such a beautiful person but plays monsters so well. :) This is a real tear jerker. Stunning.
He really does

I've been bombarded with this one and geoffs in my emails and I must say I am definitely not disappointed

Be prepared for a rollercoaster ride of his voices. High, low and in between.

I have it planned!!!

It definitely shocked me ! 😂😂😂

No, thank YOU for stopping by!

Oh wow okay!
Why does everybody always forget that Layne was their first baritone? He makes four.
He even sang baritone in this.

No one can ever accuse Cesar of not committing to his part
He goes above and beyond!

Oogie boogie definitely broke me lol. I have covered a decent range of their music 🤙
@@BrammaBoyReacts I may or may not already be watching it.... You still look in one piece! (so far)
Geoff is coming out with Jacks Song next. By you wall hanging I know you will want to cover it.
Mind blown.

P.S. Tony Wakim is the figure of the guard, but Eli did the voice
Not my favorite version of the song, but great reaction
