    Vertex snapping and Duplicate Special would save you a lot of time.

    My little ADHD kicks in when you are alligning the parts. I would move my pivot point int he center of the hole and try to snap to points of the second one. But its probably due to the fact that i used to model alot of robots and other technical stuff so i wanted everything to be exactly when i want it to be :) And now im curious how much more effort would be require to rigg this to some spinning cogs ;)
