Though it's not Spectrum-branded, that locomotive is DEFINITELY Spectrum quality! It's amazing how far Bachmann has come compared to when the first introduced the Spectrum line over 30 years ago. (There are quite a few Bachmann locomotives currently available that were once in the Spectrum line but are now in the regular Bachmann line, but retain that same high quality.)
Your detailed explanation/demonstration of the power source and all of it's features is most helpful. I didn't know a controller could perform all of these function with this locomotive. It makes for a lot more realism of the train. Thank you.
A job well done! However Whats happened to your Amfleet series? Why are they discontinued? and where are the replacement service parts for the last set of the Amfleets especially the wheel sets & trucks etc?
Great video. My loco throttle is not working properly. When I give some throttle loco runs, but when I make throttle 0% the loco takes too long to stop fully. Can you guide me on this please.
@@Ih8kone Hi Dante! Just wanted to let you know that it was my 11 yr old son who left you that message. I'm sure he'd get it if he could, lol! He love trains!
the ACS-64 can be operated via overhead catenary in addition to conventional track power - a selector switch on the model will allow you to choose which method of power pickup it will accept.
Nice engine, ill probably pick one up eventually, but I've never understood why someone would buy a dcc/sound locomotive for use on a standard dc layout. If your going to get a dcc/sound engine, get a proper controller for it first, since most sounds you can't control using dc.
This is a very nice looking and running model of a very UGLY locomotive. I think its the wheel spacing....the trucks are set so far back..it just looks really weird.

I need this for my layout!
So do I. But I don't have enough money.
@@Ih8kone I have it
I have 3 of them

They’re gorgeous Bachmann. Please consider NJT livery for your E-60’s!
I don't think they make E60's anymore. Check their website.
Very nice model I do model British railways but looking at getting some American locomotives. This is now definitely on the list.
Nice video! Fix Viessmann overhead catenery ho to look more accurate 👍

You should make the Siemens charger in ho scale
Hi
Can you please tell me
What transformer /converter
do I need to play bachmann’s train set in to New Zealand?
Thanks
The ditch lights do not work on mine. Anyone have any ideas? I’m using an NCE Power Cab for DCC.
I need this and coaches for my layout.
If your amtrak acs 64 has any type of electronic malfunction, how do you use the ez command controller to restore it back to factory settings?

Are you using DCC or DC control?

But why not with overhead current system by pantograph??

Bachmann I have a question please respond can you run a DC and DCC on the train for example A DC leading and A DCC Trailing?
Yes you can run dc trains on dcc with channel 10
Are HO scale trains can fit in oo gauge
HO and OO can run on the same track.
IMO, all your pieces should be pre-equipped with magnetic knuckle couplers

There is not 17 functions on ez command.
Someone compare this to the Bachmann Branchline Class 90, see which they do better
No todos los modelos tienen acople y desacople....al menos la que tengo #619 no la tiene...que lata.
Holy Jesus
Tho the intro music annoyed me I still like the model.
metronorth6131 what was wrong with the intro? It was very short and it got my attention the whole video was very positive!

I felt the same way because I just LOVED the AEM-7 but I got the ACS-64 #642 Veterans unit & she's a beauty..
