Wai Wai Noodles are popular Instant noodles in Nepal. Today I bite into my first bowl of wai wai instant noodles, while visiting Namo Buddha, a pilgrimage spot for Buddhists and a popular stop on a Kathmandu Valley trekking route.

Have you ever eaten wai wai raw? You can;t do that with Thai wai wai but can surely do it with Nepali wai wai. Try it ! This is why its famous in Nepal.

+MrNepaliThakur I used to eat the Hawaii instant noodles raw as a child- not wai wai but I imagine the beauty of it- it's a fun crunchy snack. But why can't you eat raw Thai wai wai noodles?

It was one amongst Buddha's previous incarnation's who amputated his own limbs to feed the starving tigress that had to wean its 5 cubs. In the next life when Buddha reincarnated and attained enlightenment the cubs too had incarnated as humans as they were fed the milk converted from Buddha's flesh and they became the first 5 disciples to receive Buddha's teachings. And the shrine that's the spot where it all took place hence Namo Buddha's regarded very holy by the Buddhists. I think it took 7 incarnations/7 life times for the Buddha to finally achieve enlightenment.

Yaaa Fred. Interestingly wai wai noodles is influenced by Thai instant noodles and the spices were modified for Nepal tastes. Nepal has their own and we all favor it similarly- with soup or as kids, dry and crunchy like an unhealthy snack!
Would be interesting to know how many countries have their own instant ramen. For India there Maggi Noodles, China, Japan, Korea all have an abundance. I think Hawaii’s fave is Ichiban? 😁😁😁Fascinating when you think of it.

What is cheap is their salaries that are so little. All depends of course. I want to make u a question, how much time u take to make a video like this? Because u film a lot and then u put all together to make this video. How much time? I already try but i dont fell much confortable with camera. And with people i fell bad filming them, i dont know why. U being a atriz its more easy i guess. I am thinking because maybe will help if it can bring some little money. Thanks. Namaste
