1995 Honda Passport Rodeo Hard Start Fuel System Problem

My 1995 Honda Passport aka Isuzu Rodeo, has been losing power and now is hard to start. I have a suspicion it is related to the fuel system. Follow along as I diagnose and find the problem. Drop a comment below and tell me what you think.
