I’m loving all these food box services. I need to try one of these in the future. I know there are a handful of local companies that are doing this in Hawaii. A lot of the brands I do see on UA-cam unfortunately doesn’t send boxes to Hawaii.

When you boil starches in water, the water retains some starch! Reserved pasts/potato water is starchy and thicker than regular water!

Each meal took around 30 minutes total. Some are less.
Smash the garlic with the side of a knife and the peel falls off. Also- if you roast the bulb whole, they squeeze out like ketchup.

I was going to say the same. You don’t have to worry about washing out the container that you would shake it up in. Also, if you rub your fingers on your stainless steel faucet after working with the garlic, the smell should go away. 👍
