For the Nothing Simple clock face, do you know how to convert the weather to celsius instead of fahrenheit?

Mine for some reasons shows it in celcius but you can try installing this watch face and change units as show in this video at 2 min 42 sec ua-cam.com/video/mb2uQ4Dr1rM/v-deo.html once you have changed you can re install nothing special and see if the change has been implied. Just a heads up keeping screen always on drains the battery faster.
